I dont see why they would put The Walking Dead game on Android and other devices, if they aren't gonna update like all the other devices. As a programmer I know ehat it takes to create a quality product but even as a leiman anyone should be able to figure out that THEY ALREADY DID ALL THE PROGRAMMING AND PORTED IT TO 6 OR 7 OTHER FRIGGIN SYSTEMS! Only a mental defective would think "they're working hard" when anyome can see by the plethora of spoilers that they already worked hard, that part is OVER! Someone needs to work their finger hard over to the upload button and upload it already!
You cannot twll me compiling the android app is taking so much longer that we can't even get an educated friggin GUESS as to when it'll be out!
How about next time telltale just hold off on ALL releases until ALL platforms are ready or the android project manager isn't passed out in a pool of alcohol induced vomit! That turdburgerler needs to be fired! If I had a snafu like this in my job I sure as heck would! The over outcome of the project ultimately falls on the managers leadership skills and I wonder if this one got his degree out of a cracker jacks box ratjer than years of toil and tons of money like I had to do! It is unfair at the basest of levels, surely you can see this right?!
The reason you don't have a release date yet is because they don't have one either. I'm sure they're working hard, but they jsut don't know when the episode is going to release.

Honestly, it got me man, I couldn't take the wait anymore, I haven't looked up anything that involved the episode 4 since its release..but now, I'm downloading it on my laptop.. I can't take the wait anymore, its ridiculous for no info for android.. You let me down again telltale, this and the wolf among us isn't on the app store yet even though its completely finished..jeez

The tone of this episode was much more reminiscent of season 1 for me. It just felt heavier, as if something great and terrible was looming and the scenes near(ish) the end with the sun setting were visually beautiful as well.
I would NEVER give a company MORE of my money when they didn't do rigjt the first time dude! Jesus! It's like paying a builder to build another house when they walked out before finishing the first one! It's like giving a child a rewarf when they did wrong!

Anyone who says "give them a break, it's hard work" after a debacle like this needs to consider that they released it on ALL platforms except android. They REFUSE to even speculate whether or not we're even going to get it on andriod and also consider the size of the market they are alienating and disenfranchising by leaving us in the dark is a folly of the highest order. They can release it any time they want but I'll tell you this, there is NO valid reason to release an episode on ANY platforms if even one will be delayed for whatever reason. Anyone defending telltale is probably playing it on another platform so you can't even speak of the frustration this mess has left me and MANY other android users due to telltales utter lack of respect for us, never mind the utter lack of support of any kind too. It is unprofessional and ridiculously mean to leave us in the dark. As I have said in many a discussion about this: I want my dang money back! If I ain't good enough for the game then my money ain't good enough for telltale. They can bite a disease ridden rats butt! I'm sick of people speculating as to why it was not released when I know for a fact they could have handled rhis better and could have it released close to all the other platforms but hey, what do I know? I only have a masters in computer information systems (i.e. programming) I couldn't possibly know what I'm talking about!
Telltale should burn from this, I'm officially calling for a boicott of Telltale games until we get the dang episode and some sort of recompense to make up for the stress stemming from the deep seeded frustrationof wwatching everyone else having a good ol time throwing their stupid a@$ spoilers around! All threads discussing game play should be banned, locked and deleted in taht order because you're effing it up for the rest of us!

Notice that Telltale forum mods have been missing as well, we haven't heard nothing for them. One of my games updated on my kindle and I got so excited but nothing happened. I was like why update than?
Mods don't work at Telltale, we are just volunteer community members and get news from the same sources as everyone else. I check twitter every day and haven't seen any news about the android or kindle releases and can imagine it must be really frustrating not getting any news, if we did get any news me or one of the other mods will update this thread with information but unfortunately there isn't anything that us mods can do for now apart from recommend checking this thread, Telltale's twitter or Telltale's Facebook for updates.

Anyone who says they shouldn't hold up the release because of one platform needs to get real and think about the "regular" games for xbox, pc, wii, playstation, etc. and think of the last time they saw a game come out on one platform before the others (I'm specifically thinking of games that are advertising that it'll be released across multiple platforms, not games that were initially being created for one system but the initial release did not mention or include other platforms, those are different and are usually only ported to other systems after their contractual requirements were met or the company realizes after the fact that selling on alternate platforms would gain them a ton of money).

"As for the Android version of Episode 4, we have not announced the release date. However, as soon as we have a release date, we’ll announce it on our blog, Facebook, and Twitter. Stay tuned there for updates!"
