In my own opinion killing Clem is a bad thing and not only because of the feeling and love i have for her character,It's because it is something we all expect and it won't be diffrent from S1.Killing off Clem will just feel similar to what we had with Lee.The crying the feelings the "WHY DID YOU DO THAT TELLTALE" and things like that.It won't be "unique" it will a easy solution for how to finish the season.
What i am trying to say that if she kills her we won't be like "OH SHIT THAT'S SUX I LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!" it will be more like
"Ehh that was expected we already knew she would be finished off either way."

If Clem dies, that's it. Telltale would be screwed. I can't speak for everyone, but people would be so pissed that nobody would want to buy any more of their games. If Telltale went out of business for killing Clem, I'd consider it poetic justice.
