Arvo's Sister

Do you guys think he was lying about having a sister or what? If the meds were really for his sister then it wouldn't make any sense for him to hide them in the trash, unless he was planning on leaving his group and taking her with him and kept them there for later on or something. (That's just one of many theories I've seen.)
A lot of people also think that the woman at the shootout was his sister but I think she looks too old to be his sister, and if his sister was really sick I doubt she'd be at the shootout so if he does have a sister she's either back at their camp or she's the woman at the shootout and she clearly isn't all that injured.

I don't know, I've seen a lot of theories...

    I don't think he has a sister, it's an excuse he made to keep the supplies. Thats just my opinion though.

    I don't think he had a sister. I just think he was tasked with the medicine and didn't want to lose them. A completely understandable reason to lie.

    Well if he did have a sister then he wouldn't have brought her to a ROBBERY. But I believe Arvo I just think he's only with the Russians because of protection. Arvo doesn't seem bad to me, just a good person put in a bad situation

    Well maybe he was stealing the meds from his group and the building was a drop-off point for another group that needs med supplies that his sister is a part of. I still think it was weird for him to wander off alone without the rest of his group watching or taking care of him.

    I think the having a sick sister thing was a lie they told him to tell Clemintine's group. I dont think he came up with it for himself.

    I think that was his sister, she could have easily been several years older than him, I have a sibling who is 12 years my senior. Also, according to unused audio clips translated from Russian, she did have a disease like Arvo had claimed, known as sickle cell anemia.
