That comparison doesn't make any sense. Kenny was in a dangerous situation himself, the person in your comparison is not.
Kenny was just … moretaking care of himself and letting Lee deal with his own problems. The reason behind him doing this is that he felt like Lee did the same sort of thing back in the meat locker in the instance that you didn't help him finish off Larry.

He wasn't trying to kill Lee, he simply wasn't going to help him out. It doesn't matter if he had the opportunity to help or not.
You can argue all you want that it wasn't a good thing to do, but there is no way you can argue that his actions were murderous. By your logic, Clementine is a murder in the instance that she doesn't save Sarah.

This makes it about 400mb bigger than episode 4.

Episode 4 got compressed on July 9 and came out 13 days later.
13 days later after today would make it August 24 so a release on #A26 seems possible but I'm still pretty sure it's going to be September 2nd.
