Good news; I went to this page (http://steamdb.info/depot/261037/subs/) and selected the Packages section. Guess what; the episode 4's "Press Review" (still unsure what that exactly means) was released 27 days ago, which would be July 16th 2014, less than a week before Episode 5's release.
Now even though this isn't evidence we'll see Episode 5 soon since the case with Episode 4 may have been expedited (we can't know), I would say this is good news.
I think it could premiere with the next Playing Dead episode. Laura said there would be episodes of it leading up to the finale. Didn't they show the episode two trailer during Scott Porter's interview?

Exactly my thoughts. Except when I shot Rebecca and heard the gunshot I just kind of froze and kept repeating the same words over and over again.
"Fuck. I killed them. They're all dead because of me."
And I just kind of sat there, tears welling up in my eyes as the end credits started rolling and the song started playing. A cold feeling crept up my spine as goosebumps started appearing all over my body. I had doomed the entire group.
