Wait, "We may not see Clem for 1-2 years" - do you mean literally when season three will come out or are you talking about the 'teenage Clementine' I've been hearing so much about.
Though honestly, people keep talking about whether or not Clementine will die, and I think Telltale is just trying to feed into the hype. Personally, I don't think she will, if for no other reason than not to mimic season one.
Of course, she might die, because they think people will think she won't die because of Season 1... So really what I'm left with is this:
My Crazy George theory, Source Wikipedia. I have a feeling it is in reference to the old folk song Oh my Darling Clementine. It may be a foreshadow of her death.
"Oh My Darling, Clementine" is an American western folk ballad in 87.87D trochaic metre usually credited to Percy Montrose (1884), although it is sometimes credited to Barker Bradford. The song is believed to have been based on another song called "Down by the River Liv'd a Maiden" by H. S. Thompson (1863).
While at first the song seems to be a sad ballad sung by a bereaved lover about the loss of his darling, the daughter of a miner in the 1849 California Gold Rush, as the verses continue it becomes obvious that the song is in fact a tongue-in-cheek parody of a sad ballad. For example, in the second verse we learn that Clementine's feet are so big that she has to wear boxes instead of shoes (presumably because size 9 shoes are not available), hardly a detail that would be mentioned in a serious romantic ballad. Her "tragic demise" is caused by a splinter in her toe that causes her to fall and drown – clearly a ridiculous accident, but told in a deadpan style. Finally, at the end of the song, the lover forgets his lost love after one kiss from Clementine's "little sister"

She is mentioned in the original song, i don't think the little sister part is important.
I find it interesting the song is called: Oh My Darling Clementine, and their comment was #MyClementine. It is pure speculation at this point, but yeah.
"Clementine's feet are so big she has to wear boxes instead of shoes." Nevermind this isn't The Walking Dead anymore, its more like a Yo Momma joke except with Clementine. Dying by a splinter/drowning is a pretty lame death in the ZA so I hope its not a foreshadow.
I wondered about this earlier, the tag instantly reminded me of the song, but I'm not sure it's intended because the song really doesn't have jack to do with clementine of TWD, the clementine in the song has pretty much nothing in common with clem. She's a miner's daughter with big feet who drowns from tripping over and then her lover gets over her when he makes it with her sister and her father commits suicide. I don't really see any parrallels bar the name and as someone said earlier, the tag #myclementine may reference that clementine is "personalized" by the choices you've made with her. I think it's a more plausible theory tbh.

I see your points and are valid, but i wasn't taking the song so literally, i think it is more of a subjective thing. maybe its a song about change you know. The innocent Clem died that day she fell in the river, and another Clementine emerged.

So only you are allowed to have a rational explanation for why you treat the game the way you do but everyone else who has a different take on the game is a false fan? That isn't very fair.
Everyone has their different reasons for liking the game. Some may like it simply because of Clem's character, and the fact that the story is surrounding that character.

...I'm going to miss #MyClementine
I think this means that Clementine's storyline will end...
I think he means he will miss clem because season 3 will be out in 1-2 years, dunno.Or he is a troll and want us to believe clem will die.XD
If you looked up there 5 things i found on what it could mean.

But wait? Is this a spoiler too??? mind blown
LOL
Same here
The fact that he specifically put "my" Clementine in the hashtag makes me fear that your fifth theory may be correct.
But of course, it's typical teasing on their behalf. I'm not assuming anything yet.
DAMNIT JOB ;-;
I thought by "my clementine" he meant his version of clementine in the game since we each form our own clem kind of.
Yeah, it most likely does.
They help get me hyped when normal trailers/news fails to do so.

End source wikipedia.
Who's Clementine's little sister?

I like this connection nonetheless. "You are lost and gone forever, dreadful sorry Clementine."

Oh I see, well then you are definitely right about that, maybe not about everyone else's Clementine though.

Pure speculation![:) :)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thats pretty stupid logic. Just because he watches spoilers doesn't put him on the same level of the "X dies no buy" group.
