My theory on the playground scene

Ok so im talking about the playground scene that appeared on the trailer.
Clementine is all alone with the baby as she walks in the snow and the playground appears. A flashback shows of the playground before the apocalypse showing kids playing in the playground. Clementine goes and sits on one of the swings and smiles as she remembers her past. Clementine then realises the baby is dead in her arms. She cries and leaves the baby on the swing (or buries him) and then she passes out. I honestly dont know what should happen after this scene so Ill just stop right here

Since the playground is most likely the last location for the finale because of the picture of the last achievement, I'd say that Clementine (and whoever else you may think would be with her) will be in the middle of the blizzard that was shown to us, and then as she's about to freeze to death a silhouette appears and reaches their hand out to Clementine. Their face is revealed and the screen goes black (obviously someone that we recognize will be the person holding out their hand). THIS IS WHAT I ORIGINALLY THOUGHT
The playground teaser is obviously symbolizing something is gonna happen at that particular location (probably in Wellington). So someone might die there or Clementine would freeze to death or something like that. It's got to have some kind of importance to the finale otherwise it wouldn't have been shown. It could have just been shown to us just to say "this is Wellington, would you say that it's as safe as it's sounding?" but I don't know. We'll just have to see when the finale's out. SO EXCITED
I'm definitely thinking the finale is out August 26th. Although the The Walking Dead Pinball comes out then, it would be a perfect time to finish up with The Walking Dead completely on that day. So once the finale is over and done with, all The Walking Dead fans can go continue the experience with the pinball afterwards. And since we're getting releases dates, a trailer and some keyart next week, it seems likely. That day is on a Tuesday aswell
Hm I kinda agree with you. I think maybe they will see that Wellington was a big lie
and they will just give up. I think Clementine will live though since telltale already confirmed season 3 theres pretty much no good replacement for Clem so I think she will live.
