I saw the same stuff in the files and let me clear it up... sometimes they use other face/emotions for different characters, but they may have had Lilly written in there, but never finalized it, and these are files in episode four so they aren't entirely important since telltale has learned to avoid putting next episode files in there :P But anywho, Vera is one of Carver's guards, she was most likely just used at the very beginning of the episode when they were shooting.
When Jane and Clem head to the trailer park, you can see an RV that looks oddly similar to the one in S1, it's behind the truck that you use to lure the walkers away from the trailer. I personally think it's just a reused model, but who knows.
Vera is indeed a Russian name. I had a friend back in Russia with that name.
And I'm strongly convinced that this character is Russian too. I think there should be some connection with this Vera from the Carver's group and Russian band we met at the end of the episode.
I looked it up on Google and it said Vera was a Russian name (idk if that's true or not because it also is used in Latin too so whatever.) a… morend I thought maybe there are more people to the Russian group (Arvo's sick sister maybe?)

Has this been stated yet? Lilly's emotion files are just reused on another character. If there are no texture or model files then it means nothing. If it means anything, Glenn and Omid's emotion files were in ep 3 because they were reused on Carver's goons.

I noticed it too, but I, like you, thought it was just a reused model. Didn't it have the sides boarded up with wood though? I thought Kenny's RV had the wood on the windows too. I don't know, it would be pretty cool if it was a hint though. I need to look for a picture of it now.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but those Lilly files are for the mouth animations.
Some characters share .ptable files such as Carlos & Carver and so on.
Those with sk10 - sk20 are usually animals (Sam, Raccoon, Crow)
(sk55 is just to make the file easier to find,based on how the files are arranged alphabetically/numerically.)
