I think the Baby will die. I also think everyone in Arvo's group will be dead but Arvo and you'll have the choice to Kill or Spare, or It will be like Georgie and it would be a Mercy Kill.

Kenny, Mike and Bonnie will die.
The russian group will die because they were outnumbered.
Clementine will kill Arvo regardless of the players choices.
Later the baby dies, Clementine dies, and only Luke survives.
