Why has the choice to cut Sarita's arm or not vanished?

it's literally gone off my choices??? is this glitched or has this happen to everyone? also my "leave sarah at trailer park" choice is in my episode 3 choices now? sorry im so confused and i really don't feel like replaying episode 4 and the end of 3 again??? if someone, anyone, can tell me that'd be grand. cheers

    ya that happened to me but with episode 3 choice with sarah. It's just a xbox glitch. doesn't matter though, choices don't matter at all ;)
