She's gonna look messed up.....long fuzzy hair, crazy eyes and going insane until she sees Clementine then she changes. (Not the appearance)
She's either barely keeping it together or just straight up paranoid and insane. The stuff that happened to her in S1 really fucked her up.

She could be better, but losing her father in a horrible way, shooting a group member and being thrown out by the rest of her party (or let back in and remain untrustworthy) could have broken her.

Sure but she was already employed for that episode so it wasn't hassle to bring her back.
If they brought back lilly as a walker they would bring in an entirely different actress just for one tiny scene and a few noises they could recreate anyway.
Plus emotion files have been found for Lilly in the game files, and walkers don't display emotions like t'sad' or 'happy'
You know, whenever I think of Lilly.... I can't help but think of Larry and their relationship.
I always picture an image in my mind of a younger Larry holding a child Lilly and them being happy together.
I feel like Larry should've said something to Lilly on the lines of "I couldn't be there for your mother, so now I'll try not to make the same mistake with you."
