Maybe the Pizza or Ice Cream choice is between humanity and survival because it says 'who will you become' as in will you keep your humanity or loose it, also there is conflict between Luke and Kenny, Luke represents humanity Kenny represents survival we think it will be between them but maybe it is but not in the way we think, it could be between which one we want to become more like do we want to keep our humanity and become like Luke or do we want to focus on Survival and become a Survivalist like Kenny, that could be why they made the tag #myclementine as we are thinking about what our clementines have become.
