People have previously used modifications to replace character models with other characters in Episode cut scenes. I wouldn't consider this an official leak, and have modified the title. I've heard that this model was already in the game in previous episodes.
What about all that blood on his face? Also when Clem looks at his eye in 2x04, you can see his eye and it looks like that if you pause it. You know Telltale isn't that realistic to add much diffeence
