I kinda think that maybe the baby'll make too many noises - crying and stuff and it'll bring walkers and Clem'll have the option to run for her life and leave the baby or grab the baby and run but unable to shoot the walkers behind her. But I think no matter what you choose the baby'll freeze to death. "Clementine will not die but her personality will change after someones death." - saw it on facebook, dunno if it's true.

Maybe the scene in the game'll be like first person, we don't see anything just the snow, everything is white and we hear the baby. As we walk the crying gets louder and louder then we see the baby in the snow crying, we pick it up and a few moments later it dies from the cold... I hope it doesn't happen though xD xD Cuz then I'll cry a lot.

Okay, I read the whole "waiting for the vine hype" thing and I feel really sorry for you guys, especially for those who stayed up till the morning. I mean I'd be really pissed if I stayed up till 3 AM and discovered that it was only for a vine, heh. But luckily I was sleeping.
