A mistake that could've easily been remedied. Several people commented on the video Nukem stole, and they told him how his theft was wrong. According to them, their comments were deleted. Nukem KNEW what he was doing was annoying people, but he kept the video up. He clearly cares more about money than decency.

If you think about it, if Telltale took down one modded TWD or TWAU video then they are setting a precedent which means they need to take all of them down. Obviously to much trouble. But also they get free advertising from it so they don't really care, free marketing if you will. For example, I brought TWD and TWAU after watching youtube walkthroughs of the first episodes .
