Season pne problem
I bought the walking dead seasn one like one year ago in this site, and every time i open the game I need to write my username password, but now it just says i didnt purchase it and its not letting me even login! anyone knows how to slove it?

You won't need to log into your user account once you've opened the game.
You cannot even login in the game itself.
Did you download the installer?
installer? I just click on the shortcut and the games opens up, and then i need to enter my password, and my email is already there/
You should try to delete those files. Did you buy the game with your current account? If that's the case, you can download it again at any point. I don't know if you can purchase the season one episodes on his site without buying a season pass.
I just log into my account, download the game files, and install them. I was never asked to enter any data.
You can download any game you bought as often as you want via your profile.
I'll download the season file and check it out. But it usually works without any problems.
I have the whole season with 400 days, did you buy the game here or in steam?
also wll I be able to restore my files if I delete it and redownload?
I have the first season on here, and the first season including 400 days on steam. Don't ask why I've got it more than once.
You already have a savegame? In that case, you should be able to go into the season one folder and copy the savefiles into another folder. Then, you can delete the game, redownload and reinstall it, and then put your savegame back where it belongs.
Those files are located (PC): C:\Users\Username\Documents\Telltale Games\WalkingDead
Yeah I have two saves one that I finished and one that im on episode 3 (started again for my channel)
As I said, I could try installing the first season (I just downloaded it just for you, bro), or you could make a copy of the save files, reinstall it and then put the save back where it belongs.

Okay, so I just installed it and started the first episode. I'm not asked for any account data at any point. Does the game actually request them in-game? Or are they requested before you enter the game?
they ask for it after the telltale and skybound thingy. and i just reinstalled and its doing the same thing

That's strange, since I was never asked to enter my account data. Did you download this legally via your Telltale account? In that case, I'd suggest you write an email to Telltale Support.
