I guess that's what might happen. On Telltales' Twitter, they posted a tweet of Bonnie's picture from the 400 days DLC. Maybe Bonnie took one or more bullets for Clem. Or she did something to save Clem.
What I want to know is how Telltale plans to proceed with season 3 if they're going to either kill Clem, or make her determinant. Personally speaking, I don't have any interest in starting over from scratch with a brand-new character.

I don't have a gif of that scene, but during it they're both stepping to the right, alligning perfectly with Clem, with Bonnie moving closer to Clem as things get heated up.
I didn't find Bonnie covering up Clem, but I did this gif:
If it's indeed a pistol gunshot, maybe Bonnie acted as some sort of meat shield for Clem? Clem is standing directly behind Bonnie, whom Maud… more, the only Russian with a pistol, is aiming at.
The shot would go through Bonnie and her backpack, and finally hit Clem, with much less force thanks to Bonnie. Maybe that's why it didn't do much damage?
Look :
I don't have a gif of that scene, but during it they're both stepping to the right, alligning perfectly with Clem, with Bonnie moving closer to Clem as things get heated up. Her shielding Clem would be a nice way for Bonnie to feel like she redeemed herself. She tells Clem she still feels guilty, after all...
Vitali seems to be aiming directly at Kenny
And Buricko is aiming at Mike and Luke:
You might be right! I do remember thinking it was very odd how Bonnie and Maud were moving like that, so maybe TT did that on purpose! And t… morehat makes sense why it wouldn't do much damage too! Poor Bonnie, though.
And assuming that's the angle the bullet went in from, I'd assume the bullet would've been going in the direction of Clem's left armpit maybe (it might not've left her body without enough force). That way, it would've disrupted mostly musculature, not her lungs or the heart. There are a lot of major nerves there (so maybe that's another reason why she's holding her arm like that; it could've gone numb or paralyzed), but there's not much else of vital anatomical importance (fat, lymph nodes.) Or maybe I'm just reading too far into it.
I like your theory!
Now that you mentioned losing movement in her arm, it does seem she's supporting her left arm on her right arm, doesn't it?. It looks like it's resting there, somewhat like this?
Maybe she does lose movement, like you said? She doesn't have bandages to make a support like that, so she's resting it on her good arm?
A gunshot wound to an 11 year old would totally make her lose movement in her arm. I think some blood of someone getting shot next to her is more likely.
It makes sense considering that she still felt guilty about what happened. Maybe she protects Clem from the bullets as a way of going out like a boss, a final redemption of some sort? Who knows.

Maybe Clementine will get shot, it could someone else's blood. And I can see that choice might be happen. But what tell-tale dose really well is that certain situations make the player choice differently what they would normal do. people here saying they would leave the baby and try to save Clem might choice differently to what is present to them. Not everything in this game series is black and white, there are shades of grey.
Well Bonnie mentioned they had baby formula. She was the only one with a backpack of any kind, so I'm guessing it's in there. I bet you she got them from Carver's place; Carver was very excited for the baby after all so I think he was prepping for it.
Also, the bullet wouldn't have to have gone through the backpack necessarily; it could've grazed Bonnie first or something similar!
Thanks for the gif!
If the timer in the gif ran a bit longer, it would be able to see that Bonnie starts backing up towards Clem as Maud starts moving to the right.
Yeah it depends on the angle the bullet went in. If it came from Maud's direction, it would've gone in through her chest but would've been going in the direction of her left armpit, not close to her heart or her lungs.
i mean i'm no Doctor, but if Clem got shot exactly where that Blood Spot is.... that's directly to her left lung.... lol. That'd cause it to collapse and die so i'm sure thats someone else's blood
That's a pretty dangerous place to get shot. If she's not coughing blood from a damaged lung (which is lethal without pre-apocaliptic attention, I think), she's bleeding internally from a severed axillary artery (although she'd be dead in a few minutes, tops; I think again). But, then again, getting shot in TWD is not like getting shot in real life...

From the angle Maud is aiming at her, and with Bonnie possibly serving as a shield, could there be a chance of the bullet not harming the lung?
Maybe it went in kind of sideways, or stopped at the ribcage because of the loss momentum if it went through Bonnie first?

Isn't that the spot that the babies head is touching in the promo art?! Maybe something happens to the baby while she's' holding It, like he dies and turns while she is holding , him and then he bites her! ZABIE? Or maybe im reading too much into it
What do you think it could be? It seems too dark to be baby vomit...the baby isn't there either... and it's too round to be a blood spatter from someone else.
Will the baby cough blood onto her jacket as she's carrying him or something? o_o

I may sound like a complete bastard here but If given the choice I'd always go with Clementine.
The little girl that I practically raised throughout the zombie apocalypse isn't going to die like that. Even if it means having to leave the baby.
Doesn't Clem move a bit further, like between Bonnie and Kenny by the time she has to decide to shoot Rebecca? She seems to be really close to her.
The rest is spot on, good job!
True, plus her jacket doesn't look like it has rips in it or anything, I got a little carried away with my train of thought. Plus now that I think about it, is it even possible for the baby to turn? I don't know how viruses work, so I don't know if Rebecca could have transmitted it to her son.
Clem looks all alone so Kenny, Luke, Bonnie, and Mike are pretty much confirmed dead at this point. Unless TTG edited them out for spoiler reasons.
Most likely the latter. For writing purposes, it would be poor for them to kill off all characters straight away without proper closure to their defined character arcs. There's been no resolution to Luke and Kenny's rivalry, for example. Also, this game is very dialogue-heavy, so we would have nobody to talk to if it were just the baby.
If you take the baby and Clem dies, how would the baby survive? There's a massive snow storm going on, walkers, and now Clem is dead.
The… more baby can't magically crawl it's way through a snow storm all the way to Wellington without a guide.

That baby is dead, Clementine. Don't let him drag you down with him.

Being in a survival situation, they have to pack it to the top with supplies.

I have no interest in a determinant mute Clem that dies in 5 seconds.
Indeed! I'd forgotten about Bonnie's picture there!

I try to play like I would in the given situation, and I could never see myself leaving a baby. Especially if it didn't guarantee survival.
Thanks for the gif!

Does make sense. Or it can also be her huddling up because of the cold. Either way this is getting me worried and hyped!

Or she might be in shock, frozen in place by the pain and the blizzard.
She was already bitten on her left arm. Wonder if that's going to come into play...
If you look closer, it seems closer to her shoulder region. She's hunching over so maybe it just LOOKS like its close to the heart.

No problem! Here's a little longer one:

If she had been shot in the lung she'd be having a lot of trouble breathing. She clearly isn't in the trailer.

Yeah, it'll probably be like how long actors can hold their breathe underwater
So according to entertainment cliches, Clem's going to live
Maybe the bullet hit her arm and the blood is soaking on the jacket
My ass

I made a map a few weeks ago for my own, personal deductions. You may find it useful. I'll just leave it here.
If the baby does become a walker it wouldnt have the teeth to bite her.
Well, Maud, Bonnie and Clem are almost in a straight line according to this. Seems possible.
I don't doubt she's bleeding internally. But maybe she can hold on long enough to get to Wellington or somewhere that can help?
Seems like Luke would be fine in that case. He's only got Arvo to worry about and Arvo's unarmed.
Mike's taking a shotgun blast to the face
Kenny's getting the full power of Buricko's AK-47...
Doesn't Clem move a bit further, like between Bonnie and Kenny by the time she has to decide to shoot Rebecca? She seems to be really close to her.

Everyone Is Going To Save Clem!
99.99% Of People And You Saved Clem
00.1% Of People Saved The Baby
She seems to be positioned here when the prompt to shoot Rebecca comes up:
True, plus her jacket doesn't look like it has rips in it or anything, I got a little carried away with my train of thought. Plus now that I think about it, is it even possible for the baby to turn? I don't know how viruses work, so I don't know if Rebecca could have transmitted it to her son.
I think Buricko is further to the right, just below Rebecca, because he shifts forwards a bit later in the standoff.
Fate doesn't necessarily mean life or death. It could be what kind of person she is at the end of all of this.
To be fair, it's almost impossible to escape that without even a scratch. I expected her to be injured.
