Honestly, a lot of people only wound up playing other Telltale games because of The Walking Dead. Whether Telltale realizes it or not, TWD is their best flagship game since Monkey Island.
No one played Back to the Future or Jurassic Park or even Sam and Max and thought 'wow, I have to play all this company's other games!'
A lot of people DID play all Telltales other games because of The Walking Dead, though From a financial standpoint, Telltale would be stupid to kill off the character that drives their most successful series. Then again, I shouldnt underestimate the ability of a video game company to make stupid decisions by undervaluing the reaction of their fans.
Here are the 5 stages of grief and loss.
* Denial: Clem's not dead. SHE CAN'T BE!
* Anger: GODDAMNIT TELLTALE I HATE YOU!
* Bargainin… moreg: If only we didn't make all those why Clememtine shouldn't be the S3 protaganist. sobs
* Depression: I hate my life, I feel empty without Clementine
* Acceptance: She's dead, there's nothing more to say
If Clem were to die... I would probably quit playing all the seasons all together except 1 because of how careful she was. Also, It would be because her and Lee were really really close in Season 1 and it saddened me that Lee had to die. No matter what you do, He will end up dying.
Telltale would quite possibly not risk implementing a universally rejected outcome like that but we will have to wait and see. It is highly probable scenario that it could come down to a Clemmy self sacrifice for the baby's sake or they both live through it. But they are just assumptions, hope she stays alive though definitely for sure.

Then you are definitely the exception to the rule. Most people started playing Telltale games either from a long time ago with Monkey Island, or fairly recently with The Walking Dead Season 1.
I've yet to see someone who said 'my god, I just played Jurassic Park and now I need to play every other Telltale game!'
played Back to the Future and wanted to play their other games
To be fair I bought most of their games in a Humble bundle and I never played TWDG till a friend told me to since I thought it'd be bad.

Go back to first grade. Nonfiction means real.zombies aren't real.Clem ain't real.almost all actions in this game are not real.its fiction.but hey,if you got a bad case of denial I'll just Clem_bitchslap ya!...
We respect your opinion, but this game is non-fiction which means it can happen. What if you were in Clem's situation, and someone said they… more wouldn't care if you died? People who play the game can relate to the characters which makes the emotion come out. Like Lee he was very special to Clem and lost him. This game teaches you to stick with the one's you love, because you'll never know when it's your turn to go. I relate to Clem because I lost loved one's i wished were still alive.
Seriously think I do not think the end goal will kill Clem. That's what everyone else is for.
Yes I notice the theme of possibly ending up alone in the end but...I'm hoping there's a way around that. Clem is not going to die, she's going to be shaped by the fate of the group. A group I'm going to try and save tot he best of my ability.
This story is...will Clem end up like Lee...or Carver? A person with problems that will do the right thing in spite of living in a nightmare or a person twisted by their own fear and hatred, justifying survival by any means.
Clem's time may come later on in the series, and if it does...I know she's going to go out as heroically, if not more, than Lee.
An old user on the forums told this place was very chaotic when Lee died, hate threads and theories on how he lived were everywhere. And anyone tried to reason Lee died were hated on, this went on for a long time.
Yeah well the fans will care. It's like with Daryl Dixon and the TV series. If the creators/show-runners kill off the fan favorites like Kenny or Clem for example then the fans claim to riot and resort to doing all sorts of buffoonery. Its silly really.

First I'll be very sad, then I'll be very pissed off, and I'll freaking rant!

I'm not, I am just saying Clem is the reason I play this series. I'll have no real connection to the series if she died.
I would be pretty sad. I mean, she's been alive for two seasons. You develop a special connection with her.
pls no![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
A bit late but here you go!
at first I would be like this

Jurassic park was pretty bad. But I'm still excited for Back to the Future Season 2.

I wouldnt mind, Im rather play a new person in Season 3, like Molly, Jane or Wyatt and his friend like coop.
I don't think anyone would want to hear my answer, so I just would say anything :P
Well she is going to die eventually, so let me give you some advice i heard from a doctor.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
Yeah, my internet wasn't working for awhile, but now I have it back. So I'm a bit behind on everything.
Whelp. It would probably be 2x worse... e-e
