I recently (today) downloaded my pre ordered monkey island game, only to find that the menu's don't display properly and the game goes extremely slow. When I tried it on my laptop it just gave me an error message and closed. What is the matter? How can I download it properly?

It starts out at 6 by default.
Set it down to 1 and experiment which value gives you the best performance then.
By the way: If this does not help the team might need your systemspecs and OS. A dxdiag report might be good aswell.
