None of the other episodes have been midnight release so I doubt it.
Most people seem to be saying 10am PDT.
Episode 3 had a midnight release on the Telltale store and episode 4 was supposed to release at midnight but there where technical difficulties.
It's not a grantee but if anyone has the Telltale store version you should check at midnight PDT to see if it's released.
Going off history: People who got the game off Telltale's website get it on the 26th 12:00am PST and steam users get it at 10:00am PST on the 26th due to streams release schedule.
That dosen't make sense, I am a Steam user, and every single time the Telltale store has released the episode earlier than Steam... Pretty sure.
In Australia it comes out at 5PM tomorrow. (Tuesday, 26th August)

The Steam version comes out at 7pm German time/6pm London time.
Yeah, Telltale store version. At 5PM I go onto @NukemDukem's livestream on Twitch and watch it. I did it with Episode 3 and 4.

That's what I said 12am MIDNIGHT on the 26th. Steam gets it at 10am on the 26th...
In my country episodes always come out at 9 pm on Steam. That's all I know.
