Its not giving me a download option

I'm not receiving a download option for episode 5 it just says coming soon PLEASE HELP

  • Close the game and reopen it. Downloading is slow right now. Everyone in the world is downloading it. I'm @ 77% been downloading for over a half hour and I have DSL.

  • It will as soon as some band with is freed up. I'm up to 95%.

    I tryed restarting computer it worked a little. Walking dead logo changed to color blue

    Have you tried looking through the Support forum to see if there are any old threads with the same problem that might help?

  • I'm going to ask a really crazy and stupid question can I download the files on my phone then transfer them to my computer??
    (I'm desperate to play the new episode I will do anything)

    But it still says coming soon.

  • Me too it's not already downloaded. But the fact that STEAM I still was not displayed even notice that a new episode was released. So me if I'm not falling and you if you have purchased Season tickets so we pulled automatically each chapter or section 5 if you need to purchase. : P

    I saw this on the support forum, hopefully it might help but make a backup first

    Please try deleting your SyncFs folder from your

    C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead Season Two\ file directory,

    and then restart the game, and you should receive any of the necessary updates to make Episodes 2 and 3 available to download.

    I'm not sure what other advice to give, if you have a virus scanner or firewall maybe try turning them off and then trying to update to see if they might be blocking something.

  • I say wait it will pop up sometime today I live in the UK so when it is available to me (from Steam) it's around the afternoon.
    Also the achievements aren't even updated yet for me so I'm guessing the game isn't available yet.
