Rank season 2's episodes

Just curious to see what the most popular episode among fans is.

  1. A House Divided: I thought, despite some character inconsistencies-was darn near perfect. Emotional high with Kenny. Tense and disturbing with our first encounter with Carver. A difficult choice for whose table we should sit at. A perfect build up to a climax. Other than that, I really bonded with all characters here, even the ones who played a minor role. 9/10

  2. No going back- It was really great to see everything fall apart the way it did. I mean that, it was handled well and felt natural to see everything fall apart. I re-bonded with the cast here again and-to avoid major spoilers, just say that the choices were quite hard and meaningful. My only gripe with this episode was the endings. I don't like how the endings all boiled down to that single moment and didn't take into consideration "our clem's" season wide personality/decisions, but despite that, a very good episode. 8/10

  3. All That Remains: This was a good episode, but I just felt it was a bit shallow by the time it ended. Not much happened, I felt. However, the writer did successfully make me feel the things Im sure he wanted me to feel. Loneliness, paranoia, and fear of strangers. Though a few of the lines were a bit over the top (still.not.bit.) and I find it didnt connect well to episode 2, it was a good enough start to the season 6.5/10

  4. In Harms way- A good episode and fairly exciting, but most people can admit they kind of dropped the ball here. Carver ended up being nothing like expected. Writing was sloppy, etc etc, but this is only AFTER you analyze it. At face value, I found it to be pretty exciting the first play through.6/10

  5. Among the Ruins: The first and only Episode of the Walking Dead I can honestly say, i didn't enjoy. It has become quite Notorious on the forums. I'm not going to repeat the problems here. 5/10 Not bad the first play through, but upon analysis, crumbles.

In conclusion...Nick Breckon should handle season 3. Im personally betting Clem wont be the main character anymore, but we'll see.

Comments

  • 1-No going back: Was shaking all the times the characters were in danger, great dream sequence (the feels), and that last decision did matter a lot.

2-A house divided: We meet Kenny again, nice athmostphere at the lodge, Carver looked like a good antagonist at the time, and two determinant characters.

3-Amid the ruins: Funny moment with Bonnie and Mike, plenty of hubs, Rebecca's death surprised me, but Nick's and Sarah's deaths were poorly handled.

4-All that remains: Great start of episode, but then not much happens, just Clem trying to get her arm fixed after meeting a group of people where everyone apart from Luke, Pete and Sarah seems to be an asshole.

5-In harms way: Carver turns into this stereotypical villain who kills anyone who's weak, and there wasn't that much tension until the final scene, which IMO, was one of the few good ones.

  • Ya...pretty sure No Going Back and A house Divided will probably take 1st and second spots.

Pretty much this I would maybe Switch house divided and amid the ruins, but I don't know. All were so good.

    1. No going back: Just perfect. 10/10
    2. A house divided: I didn't like how some of the characters suddenly changed their personality and maybe they could use some more development and interaction but overall amazing. 9/10
    3. All that remains: Very good start. Alot of things remains a secret and thats good. Nick and Pete shine in this episode. 8/10
    4. In harms way: Boooooring. End was good. 6.5/10
    5. Amid the ruins: not focused enough. Weird deaths all over that ruined previous choices. 5.5/10
