No. The 400 Days characters were a bust, because it was heavily insinuated they would have a major role (though I suppose Bonnie did). The idea of Lilly coming back was completely hyped up by some people in the forums and there was no legitimate expectation that she show up at all.
Lilly might be in Wellington. I'm hoping Eddie's there too.

She just said she was recording for a game 'that many will await' (or something along the line)
Not once fell the word 'Lilly' or 'TWDG'. She probably talked about either TOTB, GOT or something entirely different.
