Let's look at what Jane and Kenny did in the episode

She saved Clementine in the ice.

Kenny was beating up Arvo.

Jane wanted to start the fire for Clem.

Kenny wanted to beat up Arvo some more.

THIS is the man you want around Clementine? LOL I happily shot the son of a bitch, and me and Jane are so happy at Carver's with food, greenhouse that can last forever, and a fortified fortress.

  • I saved Kenny, but when I saw an alternate Playthrough remember Jane set Kenny up with hiding the baby, so in my point of view she was a manipulative bitch

  • Hi Shaundi

  • She saved Kenny's life from the bandits in the beginning of the episode. What a bitch.

  • I'm with you for the most part. I think the "test", as you put it in another thread was necessary (because something could have easily happened to the baby later, and I would hate to see him take out his insanity on Clementine), however, there was ample time for her to reveal the deception before it got to the point where Kenny had a knife at her chest. If Kenny would have continued even though he knew the baby was alive, then I would have felt a lot better shooting him. I still feel it had to be done, though.

  • Fair Point, and I understand where your coming from but I just Disagree,Kenny isn't perfect and that showed in Episode 5 even more, but Jane was Manipulative (Deal with Troy, Distracting Luke, Starting a fight with Kenny) but They both are flawed but we know Kenny better and I prefer a guy like Kenny (who can be a real asshole at times and make reckless decisions) to Jane (Uses Men and Starts Arguements) as a Protector for Clem.....

She saved Kenny's life from the bandits in the beginning of the episode. What a bitch.

  • In the ending where you save Jane, Jane wants us to turn a family away who is looking for help.

In the ending where you save Kenny, Kenny selflessly gives himself up so that Clem and AJ can finally be safe.

  • fuck Jane she was so stupid and childish I mean I liked her up to the point where she lied to them
about AJ just to prove a fucking point
glad she is dead and yeah I would like kenny with Clem more (the wellington ending was the best though)
then Jane who left her sister to die and then again wanted Clem to let Sarah die two times !!
but nope Jane is apparently a saint in your book and Kenny a monster
    fuck logic

  • Jane never says anything about turning a family away. That's a lie.

  • Well not flat-out, but she says that there wasn't much food left. That would be a way of her saying that they wouldn't be able to have people there.

She also states that the family could be anybody, and that she didn't wanna have to deal with a situation like that again.

Jane never says anything about turning a family away. That's a lie.

  • Bro Jane didn't want to fight with Kenny , first she put away the knife to talk to him , then he jumped on her , second she told Clementine that she didn't know that Kenny will go that far , as much I hate liars and manipulative bitches , Jane didn't do anything wrong expect wanting to expose Kenny for the sake of Clementine. And yes the ending with Kenny was awesome , but I think with both them are good , and both them are good ending.

I didn't want Kenny to murder Jane like that for lying as i knew that she was lying in the first.

  • Actually Jane will accept the group when Clementine won't choose.

  • And she told him it was an accident.

  • Yeah I agree with that, Still though I think her trying to set him off was unnecessary, like what did she expect?

  • To incapacitate him and let clementine choose, we learned at the beginning at the episode that she never killed anyone and that she didn't like the idea of killing someone living.

But it seems Kenny wanted to kill her just like BEN (Remember Ben)

Well If you want to talk about season 1 people heres what I think now :) Sweet Clemmy=Badass Clem, Ben=Arvo, Katjtaa=Sarita, Jane=Molly/Lilly, Mike=Scumbag Lee/Vernon, RedNeck Kenny=Pirate Kenny, Anyone else who reminded you of season 1 characters?

It might look like Kenny's the monster before you make the decision, but after you make it you'll see how Jane set him up just to manipulate Clementine. I would snap too if a stranger abandoned the baby I've been trying to protect with my life several times. Kenny's endings are so emotional and fit well into Clementine's story since episode 1, while Jane's are boring and random.

  • Then lied about a baby dying and then tried to lured him to his death...

She saved Kenny's life from the bandits in the beginning of the episode. What a bitch.

  • I trust that I could predict Kenny's snaps better than Janes. As I see it Kenny is easier to predict and Jane is more selfish.

  • You obviously didn't see "Kenny's ending".

  • It's no surprise that a Lilly fan would seize this moment to kill Kenny.

  • Don't worry, Kenny thanked me when I did. NO surprise you are keeping alive a murdering psychopath.

  • I don't really like how everyone is super pissed with Jane that she lied about the baby, like sure it's pretty bad and i guess you can dislike her for it. But it is NOT proof of why she is a bad person or why she is worse than Kenny, because she is not.

Jane did this for Clementine, she knew that Kenny was far too dangerous for Clem so tried to get him to go ape shit so Clem would realize, sure what she did was bad, but the concept was good.

  • Isn't that a silly argument considering the actions of your avatar?

No one in twdg has not killed at this point.

Don't worry, Kenny thanked me when I did. NO surprise you are keeping alive a murdering psychopath.

  • If Kenny's a murdering psychopath because he killed a woman that instigated a fight and gave off an impression she left the baby then what is Lilly who'd kill over an insult? Talk about a pot calling the kettle black.

Don't worry, Kenny thanked me when I did. NO surprise you are keeping alive a murdering psychopath.

  • i love Jane a lot but i'm gonna have to disagree with you. She says she did it for Clem but it was more so for her. When her sister died she lost something and needed it to be filled. the void within herself. when she met Clem and she reminded her of Jamie she couldn't let go she needed to be a big sister again to someone to fill that void that's why she came back. She was also kinda mean to Jamie as you told you in episode four and maybe she felt she could do right with Clem like Kenny felt we could do right with A.J. after messing up with duck. She loved Clem she really did but I think her reason for doing was she did was a little selfish.

  • Of course it's proof that she's "bad" whether she's "worse" than Kenny is a matter of opinion entirely.

At the very least we know Jane manipulates people and that Kenny has a short fuse, personally I'd never be able to trust Jane completely while with Kenny it would be easier, at the very least we know where he's at, even when he flips.

Jane provoked a fight that did not need to happen, that's the one that seals the deal for me.

  • They both fucked up sometime. Jane didn't want to start a fight. Her plan succeded far more than she expected. What would happen if that was Clementine that came withou AJ sometime.
Im not saying Kenny's bad and Jane's an angel. There are no good decisions in Walking Dead. There is only lesser evil. And that is for the player to decide which one is it.

  • She didn't instigate a fight though, she put her knife away, told him not to get close, then Kenny jumped on her. I'm not saying what she did was right though, I mean I understand why she did what she did, and augh, I don't know. Sorry I'm just both. Both endings I've got I'm just compromised bye.

  • I think they both did wrong, but it was obvious Jane wanted to provoke that figth no matter what she sais to Kenny.

"I'm going to show you what he really is!" and she honestly expected me to help her fight him after that sentence?

  • She expected a reaction from him, showed up with no baby and hardly explained what happened other than saying "it was an accident" and the pulled out her knife. She knew how much he cared for the baby but yet pulled the selfish stunt that put the baby in danger. She didn't know Kenny and all he went through but yet compared him with Carver. She was a selfish unstable bitch.

  • At least Kenny didn't kill anyone just to 'prove a point'.
