Theories on why Jane wanted Kenny dead?
1: Could Jane be Carver's daughter?
I don't know if anyone else thought this, but Jane and Carver looked a lot alike.
To me they sure did.
Could Jane have wanted revenge for what Kenny did to him.
Even if she wasn't close to him, if he was in fact her father, it might explain things, and why she wanted to kill him.
2: Could Jane have blamed Kenny for Luke's death?
Which I know doesn't make any sense.
But she obviously liked Luke.
And with Kenny leading the group, maybe she assigned blame to him?
3: Could Jane have just hated men in general?
Some women, and I've met them, do not like men period.
And what I've found, the reason is is because they were abused at some point.
While the anger is justifiable, given what happened to them, it's also unjustifiable for the very reason that not all men are abusive.
And Jane sounds like she may have been abused by someone, probably Carver, or Troy.
Whatever the reason was, she was out for blood.
Kenny was right about her.
If she truly didn't want to fight, she could've just told the truth, but she didn't.
She wanted to fight.
Although this time, she was screwing with the wrong man! ( in my game).
If anyone can up with any theories of their own, I welcome you to please share them.

Your kind of missing the point, she didnt want him dead. She wanted clem (mainly kenny fans) to see he really was unstable which he is, even he admits that. Im not defending her or anything but she never intended for anyone to die.
I would disagree. She knew how unstable kenny was and she knew he'd lose it and try to kill her. I think she had every intention of having Clem run from him together or have Clem shoot Kenny.
She didn't hate men, though she had every reason to distrust them (Bonnie was someone who was more wary of men and their decisions). Jane just wanted Clementine, she was manipulative and possessive about it though. Hoping Clem could be her Jaime. But if that's how it goes, we know how it'll end. Jane may not railroad Clementine's decisions but she can manipulate it to go her way in the name of "survival".

I don't think we need to theorize here, it was pretty clear she wanted him removed because she was scared by him and that he was a contender for Clementine's affections.
