How is Season 3 going to start?

I chose to keep Kenny alive, and let him leave Clem and AJ at Wellington.

My buddy says he killed Kenny, so Clem and Jane end up at Carver's place, where they have to choose whether or not to let a family in.

Two very different endings! How do you think they'll start off the third season?

Wellington seems like a very interesting place to explore in detail, so would they really just abandon it partway through the first episode?

  • I guess it depends on your ending really. If you're with Kenny and you go to Wellington he comes back and they let him in.

If you're with Jane, I imagine you start a new community and depending on if you let the family in or not, it depends if they're there. I imagine bandits may attack and if you didn't take them in, they'll be with the bandits.

If you're alone, then who knows.

  • I suspect that there will be different prologues based off of the endings, and by the end of the five or so minute prologue, no matter which one you get, everyone will be in the same place. Events in the prologue will lead you back to Wellington.

  • I am with the baby and I'm really interested as it doesn't show anything really. Hopefully season 3 takes into account what choices we made. if so, Season 3 could be the best season and choices would matter at last. Or we could get a 10 days later and Jane and Kenny got kiled and you are with just the baby no matter what.

  • I think the same thing here. Having 5 separate stories to develop seems pretty complicate and "time-needing" (I'm sorry, English is not my first language and i'm still learning!) so the option you say is the most logical. At least, if it is not in the prologue, maybe during the episode all stories will converge in one place the only diference being which characters are alive.

  • Yeah, I think it'll be similar to rabscuttle's idea. Perhaps another bonus episode instead of a prologue?

  • A bonus episode would be cool. Also hoping that some of the characters from 400 Days are in Wellington.
