Flashback/dream sequence

I noticed something strange in the flashback/dream sequence with Lee and Clem.
Besides from Lee and Kenny everyone else's eyes (even Lilly) are closed and they all died (unsure on Lilly) but Ben, Duck and Katjaa.
It's like Lee came back to life to teach her the life lesson that people do bad things does this mean that this wasn't a flashback but a vision or dream maybe when Lee told her to sleep it was to go back to the living world.
Just a theory but pretty cool if you think about it.

    Naah, Katjaa and Duck are sleeping in Season 1 in this scene and Kenny had his eyes opened. It was just a dream.

    What about Ben he's supposed to be keeping an eye on Lilly (even if you didn't save her he shouldn't be asleep).
