Oh god what have I done.

I looked and I saw how many endings there are. And.... I shot Kenny. I... I... oh god. I didn't have to do that. I want to get the ending where I stay at Wellington and he leaves. and.... I don't know. I can't do that on my canon playthrough. So I'll do it on my non-canon one. because..... I love the old guy. And I just can't believe I killed him.

  • Shooting Kenny was the best option, but sacrifices a good ending if you do.

  • Let Kenny kill Jane, then stay with him (don't shoot him), reach Wellington with him, the gatekeeper/woman will say only children are allowed inside, then get in. You actually have the option to get in Wellington or leave with Kenny, that's up to you.

  • [Shoot Kenny] was a trap for people who lose faith and get deceived by the game, but you can get out of it.

    REWIND and make it right.

  • This was a trap because TELLTALE chose KENNY to be the THREAT during the choice..If jane was the threat..more people would save Kenny I think

  • Here we go again.... A person do a choice, then it watch other finals, and then he regret...

You did your choice!! U can't just blame yourself only cause u did a choice! The final you got is your final!

Final with Kenny is happy final? Who Cares! I left with Jane and i don't regret nothing, cause i like her so much and i did my choice!

  • I can't tell you what you do, but i can tell u an advice... Don't REWIND!

    It's fucking stupid!

  • I won't rewind. I've done what I had to. And I don't think it was fair of telltale to rig the choice like that so that Kenny was the killer, only to find out that's not what happened. So I left Jane. I said: "screw you Jane" because she made me kill my oldest friend. But I won't go back. I've done what I had to.

Ain't rewinding shit. The Washington camp may be like the whole Tavia's group ordeal. What if the Washington camp sucks? Kenny's ending soon becomes one of the worst, even if you leave with him; Jane and Clementine without the family in a warehouse full of supplies is the best - it's a clean slate for the both of them without being alone and without being on square one - make a group of the best of the best. Baby's allowed. Time to do what other's couldn't. LET'S GO!

  • But I won't go with Jane either. I can't forgive her for what she did. For.... for just riling Kenny up again and again and again and then... expecting me to just not care. HELL NO! I'll never go with her. not in this playthrough. not in any playthrough.

  • What Telltale did was fair. It was up to you to decide who was right and who was wrong. If you thought that whatever Jane did to AJ was okay, then you shoot Kenny. If you believe that the baby is the most important member of the group and there is absolutely no excuse for showing up without it, then you look away.

I always did what I believed was right. Even when we found the baby, I didn't regret letting Jane die. What she did was stupid. Honestly, what else did she expect? ANd you know what? Even if I had shot Kenny, once she revealed that the baby was okay (does she even do that, or does she let Clem continue to think it's dead?), I would feel betrayed and guilty, I would shoot her too, if the option came up (it came up for Kenny, which was... very weird). Don't fucking play mind games, bitch.

  • No, when you find out the baby is alive, she tells you the whole story. And after that I just felt so angry and so betrayed and just..... I wanted to shoot her right there. but I couldn't. I had no option. So I left her.

  • I guarantee if Jane was holding the knife over Kenny then alot more people would of saved Kenny. But that's the trick of the game. Jane looks like a victim and Kenny the crazy bad guy in the fight. When that's not the case at all. Kenny is the victim and Jane caused this.
AND YOU FELL FOR IT XD.

  • Well, I though that if Jane really losed the baby, u'd killed her? If a person do a mistake, u'd killed her?

    In fact, i saved Jane...

  • No. I wanted to kill her because she forced me to kill the one man who I had always counted on through this whole thing. I wanted to kill her because she twisted everything around so that she could end Kenny. and.... NO! No.. screw this. My canon playthrough? NO! I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING TRICKED TELLTALE. That's why the rewind button is there after all. I'm gonna rewind it, because I don't think it was at all fair of Telltale to trick me. So no. I think not.

You're making excuses for your mistake which is understandable, but it's more adult to admit your mistake like the topic author did than live in denial.

  • I don't think it was fair of telltale to rig the choice like that

The whole point of the scene was that you were deceived, is was about whether you trusted Jane to tell the truth/fell for her lie, or trusted Kenny to get better/gave up on him due to his psychotic behaviour. The alone ending is the same one I got because I fell for Jane's lie and then got really pissed at her, which is what TellTale wanted players that didn't agree with her decision to feel.

I won't rewind. I've done what I had to. And I don't think it was fair of telltale to rig the choice like that so that Kenny was the killer,

You too? I pretty sure something bad is going to happen in Washington - Clementine or AJ could've been bit, but the Washington group took those kids with open arms. Also why in the hell would you need that tall of a fence? There are zombies out there, not pakour athletes.

Kenny and Clementine alone without the Washington group is stupid - they have nothing, what are they going to do now? Is Kenny going to jump in his next big plan, which will get other people killed? I like Kenny - and I regret shooting him, but god damn I like Jane's ending better than anyone else's. Even if she lied.

I was upset at first about my options - but, like I did when I killed the zombie with Sarita, I kept my options. Like a Kenny.

But I will be leaving the forums for a few weeks. Months maybe....

  • He beat down Arvo because he sees him as a threat to Clem and AJ. That's the reason he argues so viciously with everyone because he cares too much. And from the outside it makes him look like an asshole which he actually isn't if you watched his ending.

But to kill? That's just insane - nearly as insane as Lily. It's pretty much the exact same ordeal - they both tried to kill a person when death was not needed in anyway. Maybe your Lee would have done that, but certainly not mine.

    Just like Jane said -
"How's beating a kid gonna help anyone?"

Kid being Jane in this situation.

Kenny wasn't insane he's just overprotective. His reaction was completely justified, anyone in his position would react the same. I think even Lee would.
