Clementine is confirmed for Season 3
Clementine was confirmed by TTG in playing dead. She will be older, and first episode of Season 3 will be released earlier in 2015.

Too many radical endings and most of them Clementine should die in as they offer no hope for survival save staying with Jane and sending the family away.
They would have to disregard all the endings, and only hint at them, after a big time skip with only a much older Clementine making slight mentions of the choices made.
