It's obvious who dies in s3 e1
Since you can leave Jane AND kenny behind, or choose to be with one of them, It's obvious that whichever one you choose will die in episode 1 because tell tale cbf actually doing big changes with your choices.
if someone dies at any one point, and then you choose the option to save them, it is inevitable that they will die shortly after.

Telltale does have a lot of time to play with determinant characters in the next season.
Whose to say that will happen? I think they'll surprise us with determinant characters that last the whole series.
With episodes getting shorter I doubt it.
I'm thinking they'll both die sometime in the time-skip between S2 and S3. Then all Telltale has to do is record some individual lines for Clem to say when someone asks her about the past.

It went from 150 minutes to 90 minutes at S1E4->S1E5, BUT it went from 90 minutes to 120 minutes at S2E3->S2E4 and S2E5
So no, the episodes aren't getting shorter anymore.
I can't see the baby lasting the whole of season 3. Maybe Clem will leave him in Wellington.
I think i am right on this one, it has happened to every other character so far.
Will just have to wait till next year to find out tho
