I don't know if Arvo is even gonna come back but I don't see him like a bad person, just a confused and scared kid, but after Kenny beat him up, i started thinking all the things he had passed.And i think he has peotential to become the new Carver.

Well maybe not the new Carver ,but he sure can become evil, maybe not from the night to the morning, but time changes everyone.
Arvo's a physical pushover - CLEM could beat him into a puddle.
However, he could use his intelligence and other people's pity to make them listen to him. Imagine Mike as his bodyguard and personal bandit. And I personally like how Arvo had the balls not to beg for mercy when Kenny was trying to murder him - I think he's reached his breaking point, and we may very well see a hardened man in Season 3.
Arvo has the magic power of cripple magic. He waves his drug bag of DOOM, and beats people up. He shoots little girls for no reason. He is such a badass!
Arvo's a teenage boy, probably older then Clem - I'm sure he'll be able to kick an 11 year old's butt on a one to one, no weapons fight.
He's a skinny fella with a broken leg and clearly no experience in fighting before. Clem's an agile, growing young lady who's already taken her fair share of scars.
Don't forget Clem kicked a door down.

The apocalypse lets you work out. Clem can do pull-ups just fine, chop off a woman's arm in two hits, and we've already seen her be smart enough to use the environment and her teeth to mutilate Winston.
You'll be surprised how much an age difference AND a teenage boy can do. Puberty will make him a true man - sir.
But Clementine is pretty weak, and all the fights that she had with the living characters, she lost. Like Troy and Carver, and she lost from one blow, now granted - she's a little girl and they're grown men, but.. she hasn't won one fight from a living character has she?

Yep i think so. Evil comes in various ways, Carver didn't have a reason to hate Kenny, Jane or Clem (well until the end) but Arvo has, or atleast he have made them up in his mind, Plus he still has some time to grow up. Also you don't need to have the any especific facial or body estructure to be bad. Why do you think Telltale made him like that? so we don't consider him a threat.
Yeah, I know what you are trying to get at. That's not what I mean, what I mean is that Arvo would never have the superior support and wouldn't be able to play on people as much as Carver.
He's an evil son of a bitch, but he isn't a smart or a cold one, he's one of those you just can't see taking care of business in such an environment with a cold head and a truly sociopathic urge.
Even Nate has more chances of being a Carver Junior.
Oh yes, he's gonna become a very bitter person after the events in No Going Back. He still thinks Clementine shot his sister out of malice [didn't know she was a walker], and that Kenny is an "evil person" bullying him after Clem murdered his sister in cold blood.

I think Mike would be pissed at him for shooting a little girl, but still too nice to abandon him. I dunno - I like the idea of Mike being his guardian.
And Arvo looking very non-threatening can be used to his advantage. Carver reeks of evil. Nate's crazy eyes are an indicator that he may not be cool-headed. But a crippled, bespectacled nerd? He'd look like a pushover, until he shoots you in the face...
I think he will survive as long as he haves someone helping him. The leg thingy is his mayor weakness and could make a lot of people consider leaving him.
