How TTG just lost a fan and possibly even more fans due to how they handled ep 5 endings.
A lot of people take their first play through very seriously vowing never to rewind and living with regrets. But could you imagine how you would feel if you shot Kenny but left Jane since they were both losing perspective but not having the choice to go to Wellington by yourself but instead forced into the solo herd ending?
Just because you didnt side with Kenny or Jane doesn't mean you gave up on others out there.
At least give the option to go to Wellington since you traveled so far up north. Why would not go check it out if it was only 10 miles away? It didnt make sense not having the option for all endings choosing to check Wellington out.
Now you have ass**** Kenny fans running around rubbing it in saying "HAHA YOU DIDNT GET TO WELLINGTON DIP****"
and Im like fuck if I had the choice I would go but NOPE ZOMBIE HERD WITH A BABY FOR ME thanks TTG.
I refuse to play anymore of the walking dead games from TTG. If you dont pick a side Your basically being punished for not siding with irrational people.
Maybe I picked wrong but the game should not be that stressful.
At least make all of the ending have some risk to them.

So your mad because your choices matter? Fine. Your making your clem reject both of them and their ideals by leaving them both so you end up alone. For all you know shes trying to get to wellington but has no idea where it is.
That's what i was thinking xD She's an eleven year old girl, she probably has no idea where wellington could possibly be
Well, sorry, you chose what you chose.
Kenny was the one pushing for Wellington when nobody else was. It's not like it was incredibly "rational" to go traipsing north looking for Shangri-la, he was just keeping hope alive and sticking to the mission no matter what. If you chose to kill him or leave him, you abandon all that to be..."rational".
I mean if you want the right ending where you get there, you know what to do.
"OMG,choices don't matter,TTG sucks,I'm not buying their games anymore"
"Nick Breckon proceeds to write 5 different endings for the season finale like a boss"
"OMG,why do choices matter, this game is bullshit, fuck TTG"
Why are people never fucking happy?!facepalm
'Right ending'
Lol, there's no such thing.
In Season 3, there's gonna be 5+ (about 8, I think) begginings, but it will all end in the same scenario. So yeah, going solo or going with Kenny/Jane won't really matter, only for a little while at the start.
They should have put the same amount of effort into all endings.
I'm sticking with my alone playthrough, but lets just say I was more impressed by the Refuse ending in Mass Effect 3.

"SO BE IT"
.... oh fuck you star kid
In the new season I want Clem to rule with a iron fist
Somehow I can't imagine Clementine pushing one-armed men off rooftops...
lmao o shit
Clearly the topic starter feels differently.
i thought the ending was good...
I wasn't enthralled by any of the options given to me. A very lackluster ending on all accounts. The only option which seemed even slightly engaging and memorable (terms used very lightly) was one I couldn't get to. That being following the obviously deranged Kenny.
How about armless men
Fuck Glowboy!
And fuck the herd!
How hard would it have been to make a scene where Clem finds shelter for the night and sings a sweet lullaby to AJ.
Or something.
What is next? Complaing about Clementine being able to walk?
And if the choices didnt matter then you would be writing the thread about that. You thought Kenny is irrational for searching for Wellington like a madman, and you killed him for that. Now you want to go to Wellington O.o?
There's 5. There's multiple ways to get to some endings, but overall the five are ending up alone, going with Jane then turning down survivors or letting them in, and going with Kenny then going to Wellington or staying with him.
There's 3 or 4 different ways to end up alone though.
So? Doesn't stop the fact that all endings are valid.
I understand where you're coming from friend. If I had done the alone ending, I would've just assumed my Clem was going off to find Wellington herself. But with choosing the Kenny ending we actually get there, and get to see the cut scene. We can only assume in the alone ending that hopefully our Clem found Wellington. Yes, it seems there's a bit of bias towards Kenny from TT standpoint and writing staff if you ask me, and I'm a Kenny fan.
Yes...I cant walk and palying someone who can makes me mad![;) ;)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
I couldn't agree more with you even if you had boobies.
I'm only pissed about how there's no option to shoot Jane. They give us an option to shoot Kenny after he kills Jane, but they won't do the same after finding out she manipulated us? That is the most bullshit thing out of everything this entire season.
Throughout the serious Kenny has been talking about Wellington and Jane wants to go back to carver's camp. It was pretty clear what they were going to do. Anyway, why do you think Wellington is the better option? They are probably going to be just a good. Also the chances are the choices in the end don't actually matter, somewhere in the story of season 3 there will be a part where both options will lead to the same position.
I liked the different endings, tbh. I don't know if it makes sense, but the different endings made me feel closer to Jane, knowing that I could've killed her or left her to break down and probably die on her own.
I agree, I kinda thought that the choice was going to be shoot Jane of shoot Kenny, not:
shot Kenny, Look away, or again Shoot Kenny.
But I think when it comes down too it, this is still Clem's story and Clem wouldn't have been as irrational to try and shoot Jane in that situation. She still is a good girl and isn't too far gone like some people. Saying that, I didn't even grab the gun, I just let them do their thing and went with Kenny in the end.
K.
I willing to bet that point will probably be 10 minutes into Season 3 episode 1.
Yeeep, 10 mins in kenny/jane/wellington (destroyed) dies (Certain time period later) Clem with same result regardless of what choice you pick. LOL
