How would you feel if someone mouthed off about your dead family?
Well I've come to terms with the endings finally. To be honest I've seen a lot of users comment that Jane was completely justified. To be honest when Jane mouthed off about his dead family that was a fucking sick thing to do. What I ask these people, is what they would do in that situation. If you had lost your wife and son whom you loved with all your heart and your new girlfriend who helped you through difficult times, wouldn't you feel angry if someone talked shit about them? Saying it was your fault and how they couldn't love you? Also, Kenny did not know about Jane's past, just what he thought about her which is correct. I still find it hard to believe people actually think Jane is a being capable of human emotions. I also am now okay with Kenny's death since he finally had closure. Someone who has lost everyone close to him was indeed a ticking time bomb, but you should never kick a man when he is down. The only time Kenny would go crazy is if there was a threat to the ones he loved (and he often indeed acts irrationally and goes overboard) and obviously if the baby is gone he would lose it. It's understandable to me because she already showed that she genuinely didn't care about the baby or anybody close to Kenny for that matter.
As I conclude, ask yourself honestly about that title. Some of you may have children and spouses. God forbid, if you lost them, how would you react when someone speaks of them negatively in your face after they're dead. Think about that.
EDIT: I know it's just a video-game and I shouldn't take it seriously (which I am not by the way), but some of the users here talk a big game. Just saying If they were in that position half of them would react far worse.

Also, I see titles like "Kenny is a psycho" or "Kenny is poison" or "Kenny deserved it". You know why people are able to say these things easily and really mean it? It's because they don't know what it is like. Some people go through depression after losing people close to them, and these people who criticize others who've gone insane from loss simply don't understand. Some people might take it better than others or worse than others, but to be reaaally honest, if you can't relate don't try to criticize. It won't end well, especially in their face (Who only a demon like Jane could do).
One more thing. Do you all forget how hypocritical Jane was as well? Kenny can be a really hypocrite as well I won't lie, but Jane is guilty as well. Remember how Jane kept saying you should move on and how not think about your family, and yet every goddamn minute she was talking about her sister and trying to get sympathy out of it? Even though she knows it in her heart that she never really wanted her to be around? She keeps thinking she is the victim, but she isn't. That is why I can't stand this albeist bullshit from Jane. I don't know if you noticed, but when you were in the process of saving Luke she says,"You can't save him Clem, it's too late" That's all she is, an albeist asshole who only thinks of herself. Rant over.

That's the point. I actually don't. I don't know if or what anybody went through so I can't say. For the people who have actually lost loved ones can connect to these scenes much better.
In my first play through I let Jane die, no hesitation. When she said "trust me" and "we'll see who he really is" I knew the baby was ok and Jane was messing with his head to try and prove a point. THAT is what made me so incredibly angry, and it is not ok in my books to lie and manipulate someone like that to prove a point. It's horrible to take someone who's on the edge of a cliff and push them over like that. Yea Kenny acts like a dick a lot of times, but he's still a good guy at heart. I felt that he could still come back to some semblance of his old self, and I wasn't ready to give up on an old friend. So that's my defence of Kenny, and I will always stand by my choice.

While this doesn't excuse what Jane did, Kenny DID just tell her that nobody cares about her. He did provoke her in that instance.

It's all about perspectives. Life is all about perspectives. I personally sided with Kenny but I thought Jane was amazing. I just felt people misjudged Kenny a lot and no one ever saw eye-to-eye(literally) with him. The same could be said for a lot of other disliked characters.
I only let Kenny kill Jane because Jane had her own agenda and it's hard for her to CARE about people. I don't blame her though.
Kinda random, but with how bitter Christa seemed, I can imagine her snapping just like Kenny if Jane pulled that on her.

Kenny never hit below the belt about Jane's sister which obviously had a great impact on her, but I can't be certain whether or not Kenny even knew about that.
I'm not disagreeing or mouthing off about your choice. But you still have to murder Kenny shooting him. So you either take a life, or let someone else do it themselves.
I agree with you. Jane could've stopped it all but she chose not to-all she had to say was the baby was alive and the whole fight could've ended. I will always stand by my choice to defend Kenny too.

Not that I'm overly Pro-Kenny or anything, but Jane was being a total bitch in the truck.
She was taking a whole separate matter and just trying to aggrovate Kenny, such as the comments like "I spy.. an asshole" and "I bet you're having trouble seeing a lot of things lately".
Completely unnecessary and changed my opinion of Jane a lot.
All Kenny had to do was ask what happened to the baby.
Technically Clem shooting Kenny would be deemed justifiable homicide. Even Kenny stabbing Jane may not be considered first/second degree murder he definately had a psychotic episode which led to the stabbing, caused by the victim so maybe like manslaughter or something.

How would you feel is someone was constantly and continuously doing something you thought was wrong and they just couldn't be convinced and they also don't give a damn about your opinions or ideas? Mike has lost people too.
How would you feel if you lost someone and no one else tried to help but you and you got them killed, or if you asked someone to help a friend but they just couldn't, and you realize whose at fault? Bonnie has lost people too.

I would feel outraged, for sure. So I can understand Kenny going off at Jane for mouthing off about his family.

This is why you should always try to support people even in tough times, not try to hit them while their down. She knew he was at his breaking point so she knew he wouldn't calm down. Both were not right in that situation, but Jane is NOT justified as the majority of users here say.
The sad thing about it is he was willing to make things right even after that truck argument. He wondered if Jane was okay when they were in the rest stop. The thing is Jane was just fixated on his eradication. Also, she knew Kenny meant something to Clem so that's not nice at all.

Neither is Kenny. His rage is justified, his actions are not. They both escalated it, in words and deeds, only Kenny brought it to killing.
To me, Family is the most important thing, so I can totally sympathize with how Kenny felt. And I would've done the same thing he did, since I honestly assumed Jane killed/abandoned the baby. When I first experienced what happened, I was fairly pissed. But before going ape shit on her, I would've asked her where it was, and that I wouldn't believe it until I saw it.
I would say what Kenny said somehing like "Mouth off about my family and I will Fuckin end you..." And depending on what else the person does/says then take it a little further....
