the worst part of this is that apparently someone found a audio file where luke actually makes it out of the ice so my guess is that there was a script change

I disliked him with passion the previous episodes, but I fell in love with the guy in the finale. He seemed so natural and genuinely nice. I wish he had made it to the end instead of the manipulative witch known as Jane. Luke would've never engineered the circus Jane did.
You were a good pal, Luke. Sorry I criticized you so much throughout this whole season.

Me too
It hit me hard when he suddenly died, I wasn't expecting it at all. I hoped he'd pop out of the water.... but he didn't.
He was like a big brother, my favorite Character in season 2, beside Clem.
I wanted Luke and Clem to look after AJ in the end.
I was in denial mostly, thinking "He can't be dead. No way." I thought after helping Kenny with the car, he would be in the living room with Jane trying to get warm. But he wasn't. ;__;
I think I was in denial for a good 20 minutes. I kept expecting him to pop up somewhere and be like "Hey guys, I'm alive. Not where's the fire, because I'm fucking freezing." The only bright spot is that in my game, he went out saving Clem just one last time. Seeing him get dragged down and just vanishing like that was awful.

His death hit me really hard. It was Lee level for me, if you can believe it.
Luke was the saddest death in Season 2 hands down. RIP Luke, you were the best.
I was really more surprised by it then I was saddened. My Surprised...ness(?) then turned into anger as Bonie tried to blame it on me.

Yeah I saw that and I was like: "What the fuck?!"
He is with Pete and Nick now.

Yeah. I was kinda not his fan for a while either, but, he changed in the finale and it was so good to see.

TellTale.... why are you dong this?
Dying by drowning would have to be one of the worst ways to die, along with being buried alive. Just horrible.
It was really sad, I couldn't believe it, is weird how a bite can kill you but instead of dying because of that you die by drowning.
