JUST DON'T BE UNPLEASANT

This episode was great I think. And I don't want the TTG writers look at these topics and think as "Wow. They didn't even like it." I mean, I believe they put really hard pressure on preparing this episode and creating unexpected things, tried to make a beautiful episode... We all say "Why Luke died, I am not gonna play anymore etc." Just learn to like something! They did an amazing job.

  • I didn't like it too much. sorry.

    NO GOING BACK: 4/10

  • That's human nature for ya

Agreed. I'm tired of everyone complaining. First, everyone was complaining about how your choices didn't matter, and now they're complaining

  • Agreed. I'm tired of everyone complaining. First, everyone was complaining about how your choices didn't matter, and now they're complaining about how the choices DO matter. They don't like the branching endings, so the episode is bad. Telltale gives is what we want, and then people complain about it.

  • The way I see it people are just arguing with each other's choices, which shows that Telltale are geniuses. I've said it before and I'll say it now: the fact that there is even a debate going on about which ending is the "right" ending shows how masterfully crafted it was.

  • This was the best episode in my opinion. I didn't think it was possible, but I think it topped the Season 1 finale.

  • There really isn't a most popular choice at the end, which is cool. Lots of different opinions

    I couldn't agree more.

  • Gametrailers gave the episode a 6.0

  • I agree with the lower scores, not because of the story-line, but there was a major lack of QTE and over-kill of dialogue moments. Episode 1 of Season 2 had the best QTE's followed by the ending of Ep3/ start of Ep4.

When placed correctly in an episode, I feel that these events help build the supense which was kind of lacking in Ep5 (like c'mon, that penultimate scene up to the final fight, clem walking through the snow could have been way more hectic).

  • Are you kidding me? The blizzard scene was really intense! I was so scared for her. The episode had so much suspense with Kenny and Arvo.

  • Totally, all you had to do was walk through like three load screen,s I didn't even need to engage them. Looked cool though.

  • They changed too much of the story . TellTale needs new writers.

  • I loved the whole Season to be honest.

  • Well yeah, it's not like TWD has a difficulty. I really felt bad about what was happen to her, but it's not like the gameplay is suddenly gonna turn into the last level of Battletoads

You know, we need to say the positives and the negatives.

Ever wonder why restaurants ask their customers (sometimes) to rate their service? So they know what they lack and whatnot.

We know they put their blood and tears into their work, and WE(the costumers) have the right to say what we like and don't like about their products.

  • Exactly. I'm not a picky person though, so I liked the season.

  • I didn't mean the difficulty of the game, the QTE's and button taps are pretty simple, I actually felt as a whole Season 2 was a hell of a lot eaiser than Season 1.

    What about you?

  • I think I should restate something here, I was immensley satisfied with episode 5. Well ofcourse there are somethings that affects your experience of the game emotionally and for me that would be Luke's death. However I believe telltale gave something to us fans that we have been very much complaining about: the length. Episode 5 compared to other episode was much longer than other episodes. So I was happy with it. People ofcourse have other oppinions and you cant change that.

Am I the only person surprised that Clem didn't have a badass fight scene? Just because Telltale did that with Lee in the herd and Bigby fighting Bloody Mary.

  • Nick Breckon is an amazing writer.

  • To be fair, ANY level of Battletoads past the second.

  • I guess, technicallly, yes it was easier. There were virtually no puzzles in the entire game. But that's because TT focused on season one's strongest points: the story and the player's choices. I found the choices a lot harder to make than those in season one.

The blizzard scene was really effective to me because of everything that girl went through in the final episode alone. Luke dies, Arvo keeps giving her bad looks and then shoots her, Mike and Bonnie betray her... She came very close to death and was then forced to go it alone in awful conditions after crashing the car. To her it probably looked like this was it. And nobody was around to comfort her. The gameplay in that scene made me feel really hopeless, she was just limping along and it didn't look like she was going anywhere.

That's why the blizzard scene was so tense!

  • K. Dont play any more TWD.

  • Because TTG probably didnt pay so they got mad. But they actualy think its a 10/10, cause it is.
