That was a great finale
Season One ended with an emotional gut punch I don't think Telltale had any chance to match, but I think they absolutely nailed the final set of choices. Kenny was a good hearted person who'd saved Clem's life more than once, and put himself on the line without a word of reproach, but also a perfectly understandable, yet dangerously unpredictable temper. Jane was helpful, extremely useful and reliable and still friendly approachable. But she pushed Kenny over the edge needlessly to prove a point.
Who you trust and why are all perfectly valid options, the game can end at least 4 ways from what I can tell and none of them seem unequivocally better than the others. It's a shame it all hinges on 2 final choices rather than an accumulation of what happened prior to that but I still think Telltale knocked it out of the park with this one.

In the end I did nothing, I let Kenny kill Jane. He'd saved Clem's life too many times that I could have her kill him, even though I was still uncertain how much of it was Jane's fault. But I still had Clementine leave him in the end.

Glad to see somebody commenting on how amazingly written the ending was though, it is a nice change in the forums since it released.
