She didn't keep him safe, she left him in a car in an area infested with walkers. I'd hardly call that safe, she wanted to kill Kenny just to prove a point. She brought her own downfall upon herself.
I'm pretty sure the majority of us did. But there's a difference between pushing a man to his breaking point, which is exactly what Jane did, and exposing his evil side.
No it doesn't make him dumb at all. He made a calculated decision in the spur of the moment. Jane used a baby's life to prove a point just to kill a man who'd do anything to protect it. Jane deceived Clementine and Kenny. She put AJ in danger by leaving him in that car.
Well her "trust me" and "you'll see who he really is" made me realise that baby's not necessarily dead and all she wants is to show Clem Kenny's reaction. And I thought it's sick, to manipulate someone feelings like this.
Agree. And lets not forget while many people in front of their screens figured out what Jane was up but Jane was addressing a 9 year old with probably not that much of a cynical world view most people here have

It still doesn't make the OP any less wrong. Maybe he was way too engaged in the story and he didn't think things through. That doesn't mean he is "dumb".
I thought she just let AJ die. But I knew it wasn't an "accident" Then she goes saying. Trust me Clem ! You'll see what he really is ! Just made me know she got rid of the baby on purpose
I'm pretty sure if you made someone think that you killed a baby then lots of people would do what Kenny did. So I just let Kenny do his thing.
And I just like Kenny better for some reason.
I realized as soon as she said "Whatever happens, stay out of it." (paraphrase). I respected the idea of her trying to show Kenny's evil side, which she did rather well, but her plan to expose him was exceptionally lousy.
I wasn't protecting him. Calling someone dumb just because they were not spending time solving mysteries but, like you said, were engaged in the story.. is pretty dumb.

You call it smart, I call it cold-hearted. She knew that he was struggling just to keep himself from going off the deep end and all she wanted to do was push him.
You don't think if we had antagonized her about her sister for hours on end that she'd go a little crazy? Because I'm sure she would have. Everyone has a button and if you fiddle around with it enough, you're going to get the brunt of it.
I actually let her die BECAUSE I knew what she was doing. If you're going to poke the bear, you don't get mad bad when the bear retaliates. I'm not even a Kenny fan, I hated that he was in S2 but Jane showed that she's willing to anger people just to prove a point. Sorry, but that's selfish beyond hope. I'll take my chances with the crazy guy who wants to help me and the kid over some girl who is out for her own agenda.
I figured something was up. But agreed, Jane's "plan" involved exposing someone's evil side... by implying she killed his baby. Her plan was flawed to say the least.

The moment she said "Trust me, you'll see what he really is." I knew there was something fishy going on. I knew the baby was safe, and his crying later on confirmed that. Jane was a cool character, I liked her, but I chose to look away and let Kenny kill her... And then I kinda felt bad for doing that. But hey, the ending with Kenny was worth it.
i dont understand how u guys say jane put aj in danger but he was in a car with the windows shut and everything! and the car was close to them so anytime the baby cryd they would hear it.
I didn't realise that Jane had hidden the baby away the entire time, and I didn't catch on that Jane's warning to Clementine was meant to be a clue.
Probably because at that time I knew myself that Kenny would flip out as soon as he realised that the baby was gone in the blizzard. And about Jane's comment that Clementine was going to see Kenny for who he really is? She didn't even need to say it, because I already knew what Kenny was going to do long before Jane gave out the warning, I already knew he was going to flip out again and again. So I took the opportunity to put him down.
Imagine my surprise when it turns out that AJ was alive the whole time. But even then I didn't give Jane a hard time over it, mostly because I agreed with her opinion on Kenny's behaviour throughout the entire season. So I forgave her.

Well i knew that she had done something fishy when she said "whatever happens stay out of it" so i was sure that AJ would be safe...

i thought she really killed him so i let kenny do his work
No.
that makes you dumb, you know?
I stayed in character and thought about ponies during the whole fight.

very noice.
No, it does not make him dumb. Lots of people believed Jane. Don't criticize others for making a different choice.

But we're not talking about Clem here. In game, she's surprised finding baby alive any way. It's about have YOU realised it or not.
Good point.

I knew Jane was trying to do something so I let Kenny kill her... Glad I did that

never believed a minute she killed him. that would be totally out of character.
and if she had actually "lost him". she would not have suddenly pulled herself together the moment kenny was gone.

I knew, but still sided with Kenny.

I figured it out. I was actually quite surprised that most people didn't.
She was lieing through her teeth. So I let Kenny do what was needed.
Evil side?

"Anybody who stands between me and that girl, is gonna wind up dead, you hear me?"
Lee killed the stranger without him hurting Clementine in the least.
And he isnt evil or psichotic
The only reason Kenny is given that tag is because some people have problem with him when they chose to save Larry.
