Lee, Christa and Luke have all been shown to care deeply for Clementine, all while retaining the balance between rationality and emotions; survival and humanity. Clem is Clem, and these three would take very good care of her.
One thing I'd like to add is that even though I liked Omid, I reckon Christa became a better protector for Clem after his death.
It's a pity that we never got to see Lee, Christa and Luke with Clem at the same time. The most we got was Lee and Christa, but she was too worried about Omid (who was injured in 105) to really show affection towards Clem. I really wish Luke could've met these two...

Lee- He is pretty good about holding a group together, settling disputes and calming people down. He cares about everyone in the group.
Clementine- Is willing to do many things for the group, is extremely nice and who wouldn't want to save a kid.
Kenny- He is willing to kill if he has to and he is great with guns, he may destroy groups, but it seems to me that if you are on his good side he will watch out for you. He even tries to protect Ben in season one after he finds out that Ben indirectly caused his family's death. I am a bit iffy about his cons though.
Luke- I'm sure that Lee could ease the tention between Kenny and Luke. As long as Luke focuses on the issues at hand and doesn't find another girl to have sex with while there is a problem, he should be fine.
All of the characters care about Clementine, I wouldn't mind watching out for her because she is nice. I include myself in this group.
Lee and Carley are the mother and father of Clem. Luke her big bro, and Omid her favourite uncle :P
They've all proved they care about Clem. Lee was close to Carley and Omid in different ways ofcourse and I am pretty certain Luke would get on with them all too. Shame he never got to meet any of them.
I agree, Doug is also a good guy to have in the group and his sacrifice for Ben proves just how loyal he was.
Yeah, I just can't see any of these 5 (Lee, Christa, Luke, Doug and Clementine) betraying the others, in fact Lee would be (determinantly) the only person that could be willing to leave someone behind.
1) Lee: Not only is he highly intelligent but is also strong as an ox and knows how to keep people in line.
2) Clem: Because every awesome group needs an awesome kid.
3) Doug: He knows how to make booby traps.
4) Either Jane or Molly because both are strong women who know how to survive.
