I reckon the only way they can logistically do it, as there are so many endings and I doubt the studio will pay to have several completely different stories happening at the same time. that in season 3 you either play as a completely new character, or maybe Christa, and that eventually you come across Clem at the end of season 3. But who knows!
I don't want it to be over 
I want see a badass grown up Clem and AJ with her and they get to meet new people and stuff. Telltale has yet to say if The Walking Dead Season 3 will feature Clementine.

I hope not. I really hope not. I really enjoyed playing as Clementine and I don't want her story to be over yet either. You raise a good point, though. It's gonna be expensive for them to make what basically amounts to 5 separate games. Unless they converge at some point shortly after the beginning of season 3...
But no matter what ending you choose, when the credits roll Clementine's fate is uncertain at best. I don't think they'll leave that as the permanent ending to Clem's story.

To be honest, I don't know. But in the last Playing Dead episode the developers heavily implied that it was not done since they had to leave some "space" for Clementine and AJ in Season 3.

Nope, I don't believe so. Clem is at the heart of the game. I don't see Telltale ending her story just yet.
