Look, I've never been very good at explaining my opinions, whenever there is a question and it says explain why, I just choose clichés things to say because I'm not good at expressing myself.

I don't think he was in any position to order them around - he can barely even talk coherently. It's more likely that Mike and Bonnie were already scared of Kenny, and took Arvo along because they pitied him.
He's gone two years (granted with friends) I think he could live longer (especially if the plot demands it).
This may be true.. but this guy had his crew ambush us...had us follow him on thin ice knowing walkers were close... he just seems like a secret mastermind

Arvo can't think just because his friends tried to kill Clem and company....they'd be pissed off.....I vote yeah they are and you vwill get yours
Arvo would never have dared done that... If Lee was there.... Ohhhhh God I would of felt sorry for Arvo If Lee was there when he shot her...
I think that people give Arvo too much credit. I don't think he's a mastermind, just a scared kid who got progressively worse the more Kenny abuses him. And who also became very vindictive after he thought Clementine murdered his sister. (If only she had the chance to tell him his sister turned, oh all the problems that could have solved.)
Regardless of if he regrets shooting her or not, that's the thing I placed the most blame on him for. During the attempted robbery with his group he looked like he didn't want to be there from the beginning. If he showed up without his gun whenever he returned to them (And possibly without the medicine.) they probably forced him to say what happened to it and then they got it into their heads that they wanted to get revenge on Clementine's group. Seeing one translation it seemed like the bald guy was the only one who wanted to steal from them, Arvo tried to get everyone to stop and his sister said similar things. (I think even Vitali said that there were too many at first, but he eventually got on board with it if 'I kill every one of you' is any indication.) He likely had no choice in leading his group to Clementine's and got fucked over the worst because he was only survivor.
Arvo was very emotionally distraught over losing his sister so any time that he didn't respond right away it seemed to be because he was lost in thought, other than that he cooperated fairly well. Arvo ran across the lake because he saw the walkers coming. When Jane alerts the group walkers are coming, that's when he first starts going quicker. Kenny yelling at him just made it worse on him and freaked him out more, I'm pretty sure. He didn't know walkers were coming anymore than say, Kenny did. And Kenny also wanted to go across the lake. Arvo running across the lake purposely in hopes that it would break and drown everyone else being his intention seems so unlikely.
Bonnie and Mike probably were the ones who wanted to leave and they decided to take Arvo with them. Jane said something about how Mike and Arvo 'wouldn't shut up' so they were probably bonding or whatever and one of them had the idea to leave and I have a feeling that it wasn't Arvo. Mike and Kenny didn't get along from the start, remember how Kenny got into a fight with him back at Carver's? Mike and Bonnie didn't know Kenny for very long so wanting to leave after he starts lashing out at everyone makes perfect sense. They likely looked at what he did to Arvo, figured 'hey how long before he tries doing that to one of us' and pitied Arvo enough to bring him along.
But shooting Clementine though, that's all on Arvo. Doesn't matter if she calls out to Kenny and that spooked him or he didn't want her coming with them because he thought she was a murderer, Arvo still shot an unarmed person. That, at least from Clementine's POV, should be unforgivable.
He went through two years because of his badass friends, not because of his survival abilities.
