Of course it will go to hell. Something goes wrong EVERY goddamn time the protagonists enters a new group. This goes for the tv series too.
And almost all other groups live in harmony when the protagonist ISN'T there. Fuck, even years can go past by and nothing happens, but literally 3 hours after you arrive, everything straight fucks up! You all have to remember that, til longer the zombie apocalypse lasts, the better the alive people become. The earth is cleansed from dumb and helpless people then. Wellington is probably the safest fortress in the US at the moment. It has probably been there for years and they still haven't failed. In reality everything should go fine, but there is probably this one argument where one nutjob shots the other and he turns and bites another asshole who can't defend himself for shit, all just because of an interesting plot have to take place as usual! *sigh

Hard to say, with the over crowd problem that means that they will lose track of people and if someone dies and the residents don't know about it Wellington is done. I didn't go there, I stayed with Kenny. If Telltale focuses on Clementine again in season 3 (hopefully) it will probably start with the fall of Wellington, just like @Poogers555 said. Truth be told, the hideout you start with Jane seems to have more of a chance at lasting.
I promise Wellington will not long. This is the walking dead you always have to keep moving to survive there's never no safe place it doesn't work like that in this series eventually it go to shit.

Edit: I dislike PewDiePie (the character) because his entire content revolves around forced screaming; feigned reactions; obnoxiously loud; and his target audience are sheepish pop-culture drones.
With that said, he does a lot for charity, so I can't criticise the man off-screen.
Ending wise? I got all of them, hard to say what the best one is though, their all kind of depressing. Except with the ending where you stay with Kenny, that felt like the only happy ending to me at least. Which one did you like?

I thin Wellington has a longer lifespan than Howe's. It's still the better choice, comparatively speaking.
Honestly? No, I have a bad feeling about it. These well-fortified places always seem to have a major flaw, in this case the "over capacity" thing. If/when it crumbles, I won't be surprised.
