People saying clem has reached the end of her story...
I disagree with you. In a lot of the endings (stay with Jane, go back to Carver's camp) there are hints that this may not be the end of her story...

I agree but Telltale has the last say if Telltale decides to use her like Rick from the TV show she's bond to return.
That's one of the main issues with the multiple endings. There's not a lot of closure in a majority of them.
A lot of us ("us" being the ones that prefer the "Stay at Wellington" ending) considers it a faithful and respectable conclusion to Clementine's character arc. This is because, in S1, the main motivation is to protect Clementine, and in S2 the original motivation is to reach Wellington. Both are achieved in the "Stay at Wellington" ending indefinitely. We (the ones that prefer the "Stay at Wellington" ending) are content with no longer seeing Clementine because we can safely say that, during whatever traumas and horrors TWD universe bestows upon the cast of the 3rd season, Clementine is still safe in Wellington, growing up with a returned childhood that had been robbed from her.
At least, that's the best way I could explain it from my own perspective.
the community has changed so much. It used to be "Clementine or no buy" for season 3.
I think that. no matter what conflicts we have with each other, we would all do our best to make sure Clementine is safe and alive. We all want what's best for her, although some in different ways than others. I think there are those that would rather see Clementine safe rather than believe Clementine is safe. I'd fall into the latter category, obviously.
We grew up.
insert why wellington is the wrong ending argument here
I want more Clem... I NEED more Clem! More than a crack addict needs his fix! I really hope we get more of her but realistically it doesn't look like we will![:( :(](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I'm very happy with my ending with Jane and letting the family in. Its kind of a bittersweet ending. I don't care I just want more Clem!
I think they need to show her in a leadership role and then her story will be complete.
I personally don't see Clem's character arc ending in the Wellington endings, the Wellington endings feel more like an ending to Kenny's character arc rather than Clem's, the Jane endings (despite feeling a bit uncertain) at least give an idea on where Clementine has come to morally in her personal well being, she's either cold and doesn't trust humanity or still has hope that humanity has some good in it and hasn't lost her innocence, if the Wellington endings were the only endings, I wouldn't be satisfied in that Clem's story is finished, I would be satisfied that Kenny's story ended, but I really don't think Clem character arc ends in the Wellington endings. my opinion and perspective though.
I agree
thats was more if she died.
I chose that one as well, but last I saw it was something like 16% of players chose that.
That being said, you're right. If she's not in s3 then what you say will accurately reflect my feelings on the matter, though I would like to see the series continue with her.
I think that the staying in wellington is the one that gives you the most closure. I mean that was the ending was what we wanted in the beginning, keep clem save, give her a save place. so that one imo gives us the most closure. but like all great communities in the TWD universe... they all fall. and that's why I think we will still see clementine..... idk about yall but I still think that wellington is pretty....shady, too good to be true. maybe its some woodberry shit???...
Twist ending: it's actually a great place.
lol I suck at finding gifs..... well like morgan said on the show; if you got something great, that means someone wants to take it, so maybe theres a conflict there with some other community??? why would they shoot on site??
I hope that they do continue Season 3 with Clem /Alivin Jr and somehow keep the "family" lineage alive (i.e. Lee> Clem >AJ ect.). I would be highly suprised if telltale decides to move away from this storyline and the only reason you would really do that is if Season 2 hadn't sold the numbers predicted and the fans were showing no interest, but I'm assuming that since a season 3 was confirmed before S2/Ep5 was even released this game must have sold very well indeed.
I don't know how I feel leaving Clementine, AJ and Jane with a bunch of strangers, Patricia and Gill seem nice enough but I don't know about Randy.
Perhaps they were at war with Carver and the Russians? Problem solved now.![:) :)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
The Wellington endings, while they may be bittersweet for those who love Kenny, (Personally I like to believe in my ending he came back in a few months and lived there with Clementine and AJ.) were comforting and made it seem like Clementine would be safe there, at least for a long time.
The Jane endings, however, were forbidding. Everything about that family seemed off to me. They left me with a weird feeling. So did just the general idea of Jane and Clementine back at the hardware store. It feels like that can't last, would end in utter disaster. I'd never keep a canon playthrough with Jane endings...
It is really hard to say if Clementine's story is over, I know some people are convinced that it is but I honestly don't think so.
yeah like I said we don't know
It has to have Clementine in it, I just feel like it's not over yet. They could easily do one more fantastic season with her, especially now that she has to take care of a baby. It's just starting to get good in my opinion with her character development and all but she's not quite there just yet, why quit now?
Another thing is every one of the endings we got, they were great don't get me wrong, but they weren't series finale material in my opinion.
I think Clementine's story ir far from over.
Nobody knows, But I hope not and doubt it. I mean who would we play as? Why take a risk and create a new character?
