Theory on how the endings could play out.

Kenny's endings:
If you stayed at Wellington, it will fall at one point and hell will break loose. Rotten corpses walking all over the place and Clementine will have a tough time finding a way out. You hear gunshots from the distance and... IT'S KENNY! Kenny saves Clementine from an approaching horde and the both of them make it out alive. Later in the episode, Kenny will sacrifice himself for Clementine and she will be left alone with AJ.
If you left with him, the game will most likely jump a couple of months ahead. Ken and Clem make one more attempt at getting into Wellington, but, when they get there, they realize the community has fallen. They manage to take some supplies and head off. Not before going through a massive horde, though. Kenny still dies sacrificing himself in the episode.
Jane's endings:
If you let the family in, Randy will become possessive over everything and act as the de facto leader of the group. He will resolve everything with violence and use severe punishment as an answer. Basically a flashback of Carver in his own place. We witness Randy murder his own wife in cold blood, which leads Jane to ultimately stand up to him. They begin fighting and will both fall off the roof, meeting their unfortunate fate.
If you forced them to leave, they will come back and start a shootout. Jane will take a bullet for Clem, dying in the process. Before she does, she manages to shoot Randy in the stomach. Clementine will be given a choice to either brutally murder Randy in front of his family or let him live. (Who will Your Clementine become?)No matter what she does, her and AJ leave Howe's to never come back.
I won't cover the alone ending because I think the other ones will lead to this one. I don't want to say this is the "Canon ending", but it sure as hell feels like it. Clementine will end up by herself no matter what we do and will most likely end up meeting the same people despite our previous choices being completely different.
I know this is not the most creative story you've ever read, but it at least makes some sense. Better than another 16 months timeskip. If anyone has anything similar, feel free to share.
P.S: I feel like my story is stronger on Jane's scenarios. I just tried to put something together with Kenny's.

I guess I'm the only one who came up with an actual story...
Aw, thanks, bro.
You liked it?
One of the best theories I've seen. I can't find one thing I dislike about it![:) :)](https://community.telltale.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Stop being so nice, James!
Haha, it's mostly random shit thrown together. I can't believe someone actually likes it. Thanks. (;
WAISIS WAISIS WAISIS!
Lol. I just feel like we basically signed a short-term contract with Jane and Kenny. TTG won't allow that to change the story much past the beginning. I mean, we're lucky if we all start a different way like this.
Jesus. I hope Kenny/Jane doesnt die like Omid.
I wouldn't expect a unique death for either one. Having one last stand protecting Clem and/or AJ is as good as it gets. Telltale could pull something else, but they haven't showed me they care about determinant characters that much. The ones that have decent deaths (Alvin, Pete) die 10 minutes into the episode or barely have any lines. Let's not talk about Sarah and Nick. At least Jane's death will have a proper buildup with the Randy tension.
I think there should have been a choice to keep Kenny and Jane together
That would've been too easy for us. Telltale had to give us a tough life or death choice and make us sweat.
This is actually what I'm thinking as well...
Really?
Exactly what parts do you agree on?

Both these theories are plausible, I can see them happening. I especially like the Jane ending theories.
Thanks!
Yeah, that's what I said in the OP. I just tried to put something together with Kenny's endings, but I feel like Jane's are way stronger.
I hate it, not because i's terrible but because all those different endings amount to nothing.
But that's what Telltale does, though. If you want to know what I would like to happen, this would be completely different. This is what I think will happen based on what our choices have mattered in the past.
Yeah I know TT will probably make all the endings come down to the same path, it still sucks that they do that though.
They should have just made 1 ending if they wanted to get everyone down the same story again.
They probably did it because this is the end of Clementine's story or just to get us hyped with the "Our choices matter" BS.
Quite frankly, anyone who thinks TTG will make five different stories for Season 3 based on our choices is in complete denial.
Part of me thinks season 3 will be new characters and you might see Clem in wellington or something, nothing big but I think that would be cool.
Otherwise yeah there is no way there will be five different season 3's
I'm sticking to this theory. Someone from Telltale hinted at Clem coming back, I heard. And this is usually the way Telltale handles our choices. With luck, they at least have short-term impact.
If it's what I wanted, Kenny would last the whole Season and my story would he unique, but that's just not how it works.
Well I am just happy there will be a season 3, these games are really fantastic (despite some large flaws like the lack of meaning to any of your choices)
I don't really care that much about the choices. Though it would be nice if all our decisions had an impact, it would be somewhat selfish of us to demand such thing. I just want Telltale to not let characters' arc unfinished and please think twice before making certain writing decisions. Having determinant characters do more than sitting around would be nice, too. But yeah, great game.
