Season 3 on next gen consoles only?
What you guys think? I'm thinking it'll be released by the time "next gen" fully takes over and the ps3 and 360 die out..
Was also thinking this was the reasoning for TWD S1&2 and TWAU being released on next gen systems later this fall.

I hope that 3rd Season will be released on ps3 and x360. I still have my x360 and I don't intend to change it for now.
Depnds on what games are on PC, but generally yeah.
I think they'll put them on all the systems, because why not?

They'd miss a HUGE install base from people on the PS3 and XB360. The money too :P
That's hard to say. I think probably not. With the success of these games and the fact that currently you can play them across multiple platforms (including smartphones) I personally feel that the next season will be available to PS3/360 users as well as Xbone and PS4 users.
I personally just can't wait for season 3... I know season 2 just ended but has there been any rumors about a release date for season 3?

Telltale has made it clear they like to release on every platform possible so i don't think they will stop making games for PS3 or 360 anytime soon.
Well, since it wouldn't cost them much, and it will only serve to increase their profit, then, indeed, why not?
Not enough people are 'next gen' yet for a move like that, and Telltale knows it.
So, I doubt it pretty much. I use PC anyway, but have a PS4 for emergencies.

I figure they would only choose not to release on the 360 and PS3 if the costs far exceeded the benefit. If there's still a large market using these consoles and they are interested in Season 3 then they will likely make the release. I also think it won't cost as much as the last two seasons because of the experience effect.
If its on android, why wouldn't they put it on PS3.

Some people want to buy another copy of "last of us DLC edition" for 50 dollars on PS4. To be fair, i spent 30 dollars i think on both Seasons 1, and 2 of TWD for PC after already owning it on PS3. I got sick and tired of the horrible lag PS3 has, so i switched over to PC and haven't regretted it.

Why wouldn't it be? It was on Android, they even put it on Vita, and that market is almost non existent.
I know it's a great game, all I'm saying is that it just seems stupid to me, and that's what my parents said about when I wanted a movie or something when I was a kid. "Why would you get something you already have?"
