Christa is recently pregnant at the end of Season 1. She is a few months pregnant by the start of Season 2, and then the time skip occurs and she's no longer pregnant.

In the beginning flashback, it's safe to assume Clementine is still 9. Christa didn't show at all in season 1, so she clearly wasn't far along.
That would make sense, a full term pregnancy is about 9 months.
The opening of Season 2 (where we see Christa pregnant) is set only a few months after the end of Season 1.
The time-jump occurs after that opening scene and afterwards she is no longer pregnant.
There is 8 months between the seasons 16 month time skip and Clem goes from 9 to 11.
Jesus these always give me a headache. DX
