I don't like comics as a storytelling medium. I either watch the show/movie or I read the novel.
Daryl,Michonne and Season 1 Glen(I dont know why,but I liked season 1 Glen because he was funny.Now he's trying to be mature and shit like this)
Tyrese and Stookey. But that's probably just because of The Wire.
Having only just watched up to Season 3 and waiting for the DVD set of Season 4, I'd say Glenn.
In rough order: Daryl, Rick, Tyresse, Carol
But I did love Merle and the Governor when they were on the show.
In no particular order: Rick,Dale,Hershel and Phillip(The Governor). I actually think Phillip was my favorite. I give the show credit for making The Governor a hundred times better than he was in the comics. I liked him throughout the third season, and I absolutely loved him in the forth season.
