Jane was seriously dumb. She knew how to survive but she lacked common sense. She told Clem to not interfere but then asks her to shoot Kenn… morey. Was she expecting to overpower a full grown man who's been killing shit with his bare hands for 3 years by herself? And yeah a lot of people say that Kenny was a bad choice because he wouldn't help look for Clem, but that was only if you didn't stand up for him.

I just completed it last night and felt like I was the odd one out, good to know someone is in the same boat! I just couldn't bring myself to shoot Kenny, especially considering I agreed with almost all of his opinions - although obviously he is a hothead and takes it too far most of the time, in fact I didn't want to 'look way' either - the time ran out before I could pick either option but I was still surprised he actually murdered her. I felt somewhat vindicated afterwards when he said something along the lines of 'why would she lie about AJ, it never would have gone that far if she had just said at any point' which I completely agreed with.
What an ending though. Very emotional to finally get to Wellington, then they only accept the children, genius twist and I'm glad I gave in to Kenny's pleads and went in - it's what I'd do in his situation, here's hoping he can survive and pop up in season 3, is season 3 confirmed can anyone tell me?
You are so right. The whole season tries to convince you Kenny's broken without showing him doing anything other being a little over passionate. He is far from perfect, but who is? Luke? The guy with practically no personality who reflects on the death of his friends like he dropped his ice cream. Kenny would have given his life (fact) for Clem and AJ. Jane, not even a chance.

My Clem did nothing because I really am sure that this is the most realistically option. If you have to decide between two mad-behaving people that you like and that have saved your life already (and you have saved both of their lives) ... how could you? How could you decide within a mere few seconds? I don't think I could and I don't think Clem could and that's why I simply let things happen.
And to be honest: I'm not ungrateful that this way it is Kenny that survives because in spite of all his undeniable faults I really have grown fond of him ...

Well I chose Kenny, but I can understand where Jane supporters are coming from. There could be plenty of reasons why they chose her:
They felt Kenny was too damaged and reckless to ensure Clem and AJ's survival. As it is, Kenny tends to be quite rash and almost always acts on his emotions. Jane is very rational and her survivalist attitude is one that would arguably better keep Clem out of danger.
Some may have felt shooting Kenny was warranted so that he might finally find a release from everything. Or that Kenny needed to die to prevent Jane from dying. Clem is still a young girl and especially with someone as vulnerable as AJ needs Jane's guidance and just general companionship to keep her safe/mentally stable.
They might have felt Jane was a positive influence on Clem
Ok for the record, I'm not a Kenny fan and I didn't "pick" Jane. I simply thought "Kenny is going to kill Jane if I don't stop him" and the only way of stopping him is by shooting him. I don't believe it was ever Jane's intention to kill Kenny, she was just showing his temper had reached boiling point and he was a danger to everyone around him. I know he would never hurt Clem or AJ/A kid but that doesn't help everyone else.
Jane also said to trust her, so I trusted that the baby was alive and well and that turned out to be the case so I didn't feel betrayed by her though it would have been better if she'd said "Aj's alive Clem, I'll explain later, just trust me" when Kenny rushes out.
For all everyone knew, Kenny could have died either way. Shooting Kenny would have meant Clem killed him and Looking away would have meant Jane killed him. So I don't think you can assume everyone "picked" Jane. Like I said, I shot Kenny to stop him killing Jane. That's the only reason. If I could have had my way I would have gone with Luke or Bonnie and Mike. Besides now he's with Kat and Duck.

A lot of people playing for the first time will not know that by shooting Kenny you end up with a poor ending especially if you go with Jane.
