BIG THREAD! Game Timeline (Headcanon!) (Includes canon Fanfiction) (Comic only up to Issue 7)
MANY, IF NOT MOST OF THE DATES ARE JUST GUESSED. For example, Rick waking up on Day 110. I just chose this because it seemed fitting that Rick's story starts when Lee's story ends, and it doesn't seem too far off. Omid dying on Day 366 seemed fitting as this marked the day one full year had passed since the apocalypse started, and it had to be around that time (Christa is still pregnant).
Clementine's birthday is 6 days before Lee meets the stranger, he mentions this, making it October 30. This is still possible if you consider she's 11 in 'A House Divided' and it takes place after October 30.
Clementine has been 11 for 37 days when she and Christa are seperated. This is Lee's age in years.
I have written two fanfictions. They both are strictly canon, however some of the characters share the same name in my fanfictions and the game, namly Luke, Sam, Nate and Arvo. I have marked these as (FF), meaning they are from my fanfictions, and I have marked the game ones as (game).
Whenever something is happening in my fanfictions, I mark the whole day as (FF) or (FF2), meaning there are plot strings that are original to my fanfictions. Plot of the main game, the comics or 400 Days will always have priority and will be marked as (main game), (comics) or (400 Days). The same rule applies to every other day. The priority is as following:

This timeline is canon to the comics and the game, NOT the show. The show has it's own canon, and therefore it cannot be taken into consideration.
It is presumed the outbreak happens in 2003 in the comics, as the comics were published first in this year, and since the game is canon to the comics, it follows the same timeline. My FFs are also canon to both the comics and game. It is also assumed the outbreak starts on July 20, as the tapes in Crawford reveal that Day 82 was October 9 and Day 83 October 10.
Pre-Apocalypse:
After July 22, 1965 and before July 22, 1966: Lee is born in Macon, Georgia
December 18 or December 20, 1978: Luke is born
October 30, 1994: Clementine is born
2000: Luke gets out of college
Day 0 (July 20, 2003): Luke (FF), Sam (FF) and Gary flee Tifton (FF)/Thomas and his group escape the school and find shelter at Mr Keller's/make their way to Kluftern/Thomas meets Marie, Mr Kleiner, Isabell, Erhard and Frank/they flee the super market and Frank dies (FF2)
Day 2 (July 22, 2003): Lee's car crash/Lee meets Clementine (main game)/Vince is in the prison bus and shoots off

Day 4 (July 24, 2003): Lee meets Kenny, Katjaa and Duck/Shawns's death/Lee meets Carley, Lilly, Larry, Doug and Glenn (the same as in the comics) in Macon/the girl kills herself at the Mototr Inn/Carley's death (determinant) or Doug's death (determinant)/Glenn leaves the group to head to Atlanta/the group settles in at the Motor Inn where the girl shot herself (main game)/John kills Erhard/John tries to kill Thomas in his sleep, but Thomas manages to bite his thumb off/Thomas hunts him down and brutally kills John with multiple shots in the face/Thomas meets Marco (FF2) and his son Emilio/Marco mentions they want to reach France, as they seem to be close to a cure, a herd attacks the training grounds and kills Leonie/Mr Keller escaped the grounds, while the rest had to flee to the roof/Thomas and Mr Keller decide to lure the walkers away/Thomas gets bit and his arm must be amputated/they flee the herd after Thomas arm is cut off (FF2)
Day 7 (July 27, 2003): Atlanta is bombed from the air by the military (Headcanon/FF)
Day 9 (July 29, 2003): Gary is bit/ the group meets Mark (the same from the game)/arrival at Robins Air Force Base/Mark cuts off Gary's arm (FF)
Day 11 (July 31, 2003): Gary succumbs to the bite or bleeding out and Luke puts his walker down (FF)/Thomas awakes/some of his group have been kidnapped by two rapists/Isabell kills herself and a rapist by lighting the gas station on fire/the other rapist is left for the walkers/Thomas is almost bit, but saved by Marie/they reach their camp, but find out that Marco (FF2) was killed and Marie's father bit/they find their group and that her father has not been bit (FF2)
Day 21 (August 10, 2003): Thomas and his group reach the border to France, but there are some cannibals/they kill the cannibals and destroy big parts of the border/they need to escape the herd beneath them (FF2)
Day 23 (August 12, 2003): Luke (FF), Sam (FF) and Mark meet the Atlanta survivors (Jessie, Nate (FF) and Annie)/Luke (FF) bites Nate's (FF) thumb off/Jessie shoots Luke (FF) in the shoulder (FF)
Day 29 (August 18, 2003): The Air Force Base falls to the walkers/Annie's death/Nate's (FF) death/Sam reaches one of the guard towers without being killed/Luke (FF) vs Mark
Day 30 (August 19, 2003): Luke (FF) and Jessie use the 'cover' technique to bring supplies to Sam (FF)/Jessie's death/Luke (FF) and Sam (FF) leave the base assuming Mark died (FF)
Day 30-80 (August 19, 2003 - October 7, 2003): Lee's group finds Mark (Headcanon)
Day 38 (August 27, 2003): Luke (FF) kills Marcel after being surprised by Marcel and Chris/Luke (FF) reveals it's not the bite/Chris agrees to take them to his community (FF)
Day 39 (August 28, 2003): Luke (FF) and Sam (FF) reach Watkinsville/clash with bandits/Luke (FF) shoots Derek in the shoulder, Sam (FF) kills a man/Derek is taken prisoner/Luke (FF) and Sam (FF) meet Allister/Chris helps Derek to escape/Jimmy's death/Carter's death/Chris takes Luke (FF) out of town to kill him/Chris is killed by Marco/a herd attacks Marco and Luke (FF), who is severly wounded/they are saved by Admiral Connor and his men (FF)
Day 40 (August 29, 2003): Deal with the army men: Watkinsville brings tools, soldiers bring helicopter to the battle with the bandits/soldier camp raided by bandits/battle for Watkinsville begins/Marco is shot in the stomach/Luke (FF) kills Vernon because he doesn't want to give the all clear (FF)
Day 41 (August 30, 2003): Wyatt and Eddie flee from Nate (game)/they run over someone who they think was alive/Either
1. Wyatt investigates and Eddie flees when Nate (game) catches up to them or
2. Eddie investigates and Wyatt flees when Nate (game) catches up to them (400 Days)
Day 82 (October 9, 2003): Crawford Tape 1: Logan tells Anna Correa to abort
Day 83 (October 10, 2003): Crawford Tape 2: Logan's death/Anna Correa flees/Crawford falls (probably)
Day 94 (October 21, 2003): Lee meets Ben, Travis and Mr Parker/Travis' and Mr Parker's deaths/Ben reveals it's not the bite that turns someone, but simply the fact someone dies/the group meets the St. John's/Jolene's death/'Dinner'/ Mark's death/Larry's death/Danny St. John's (determinant) and Andy St. John's (determinant) deaths/the group steals from the stranger's car
Day 102: (October 30, 2003): Clementine's 9th birthday (probably)
Day 104 (November 1, 2003): Lee and Kenny look for supplies in Macon/Lee shoots Beatrice (determinant) or leaves her for the walkers (determinant)/bandits raid the Motor Inn/Kenny and Katjaa reveal Duck is bitten/Lilly shoots Carley/Doug (whoever survived Day 4)
Day 105 (November 2, 2003): They find a train and get it working/Lee meets Charles (Chuck)/Duck's death/Katjaa's death/Lee meets Omid and Christa/Omid injures his leg/they find out their train has attracted a giant herd of walkers/Lee finds out Clem lied to him about her walkie talkie being broken, and that she has secretly talked to someone who convinced her he had her parents with him
Day 106 (November 3, 2003): The group reaches Savannah/Savannah herd, Chuck is bitten (probably)/Kenny finds Fivel/the stranger appears/Lee and Kenny head out to find a boat/Lee meets Molly, they learn about Crawford/Lee escapes walkers to the sewers/Lee finds Chuck's body/Lee meets the cancer survivors: Vernon, Clive, Boyd, Brie and Joyce/Vernon agrees to help Omid/ Clementine finds a boat in the shed of the mansion they'be hauled up in/they decide to go to Crawford/Crawford is found overrun/they make a supply search for the boat and medicine for Omid/Logan's walker is found and killed

Day 110 (November 7, 2003): Rick wakes up in hospital/Rick learns about the walkers/he meets Morgan and Duane/they visit Rick's former police department and arm themselves/Rick heads to Atlanta, hoping to find his family
Day 111 (November 8, 2003): Rick searches for gas on a farm and finds the former inhabitants dead/he takes the horse and continues to Atlanta
Day 112 (November 9, 2003): Rick reaches Atlanta, he is cornered and almost killed by walkers/Glenn saves Rick and they head to Glenn's camp/Rick finds out Lori and Carl aswell as Shane are still alive
Day 113 (November 10, 2003): Dale warns Rick about Shane/Rick and Shane have an argument about wether to leave Atlanta or stay and wait for help, Rick thinking they should leave, but Shane disagrees
Day 114 (November 11, 2003): Glenn and Rick use the 'cover' technique for the first time in the comics/they visit a gun shop/it starts to rain, washing of their scent and revealing them to be humans/it is revealed that Shane and Lori started an affair after they thought Rick died
Day 145 (December 15, 2003): Gun training for the survivors/Lori disagrees with Rick's decision to give Carl a gun
Day 148 (December 18, 2003): Rick, Dale and Shane collect fire wood/Shane lashes out on Rick/the survivors talk about their lives before the apocalypse/Amy is killed by a walker/the survivors fend off a small herd/Jimmy is bitten
Day 149 (December 19, 2003): They bury Amy/Jimmy's fever is getting worse, and he decides he wants to be left to reanimate/Rick and Shane get into another fight, Rick blames Shane for staying close to Atlanta
Day 150 (December 20, 2003): Shane hits Rick in the face and then runs into the woods/Rick follows him, but Shane threatens Rick with his shotgun/Carl shoots Shane in the neck to protect his father/the group buries Shane
Day 153 (December 23, 2003): Rick and Dale decide to move camp the next day, Dale also mentions that the next day is Christmas
Day 154 (December 24, 2003): Rick's group leaves the camp behind/they meet Tyreese, his daughter Julie and her boyfriend Chris/Rick invites Tyreese to stay with them
Day 155 (December 22, 2003): Rick and Tyreese kill 2 'roamers', a term invented by Rick for 'roaming' walkers/Lori tells Rick she's pregnant
Day 184 (January 4, 2004): Russell meets Nate (game)/they reach Gill's Pit Stop/Walt shoots at them/Russell 1. stays with Nate (game) and the latter kills Walt and his wife 2. leaves Nate (game) and Nate (game) still kills Walt and his wife (400 Days)
Day 220 (Febuary 9, 2004): Bonnie and Leland talk about various things/Dee interrupts them, she has a bag with her/people (later revealed to be Shel's group) suddenly chase them and it turns out Dee stole the bag/Bonnie gets shot in the shoulder and flees in a corn field/she grabs a iron part as weapon and hits one of the attackers in the face/it turns out she accidently killed Dee/she can either:
1 Lie to Leland, making him stay behind and getting shot by Shel's group or
2 Tell him the truth, so he will follow you. It is confirmed Leland still leaves Bonnie before Day 400 (400 Days)
Day 236 (Febuary 25, 2004): Shel feeds the 'guard dogs' (walkers)/they catch a thief/Vernon's cancer group (except Vernon himself) are there/Boyd wants the man to live, and it's equal. Shel decides to
1 let Roman shoot the man or
2 let the man go.
Day 259(March 19, 2004): Shel and Becca talk about what happened, either
1 that the man had to die or
2 that the man came back with more people and Boyd died.
Roman tells Shel that Stephanie tried to steal supplies, and wants her to shoot her friend. Shel can now
1 shoot Stephanie and stay with Roman. Roman's group still falls apart. Or
2 leave with their RV. Roman's group will fall.
Day 366 (July 20, 2004): Omid is shot dead by Michelle at Gill's Pit Stop (wether or not it's the same from Shel's and Russell's story and the one where Tavia is at Day 400 is unknown). Christa shoots Michelle dead
Day 366-390 (July 20, 2004 - August 19, 2004): Christa gives birth, but the baby dies (confirmed fate)
Day 400 (August 29, 2004): Tavia stands in front of the board/Tavia meets the 400 Days people and offers them to join a community (later revealed to be Howe's)/Bonnie always leaves/Vince only leaves if he shot Justin's foot off/Wyatt only leaves if Tavia says 'there might be people you know there' (determinant, only if Eddie left Wyatt) or without hesitation (determinant, if he left Eddie)/Russell only leaves if Tavia says 'there might be people you know there'/Shel and Becca only leave if they left Roman's camp
Day 468 (October 30, 2004): Clementine's 10th birthday
Day 517 (December 18, 2004): Luke's (game) 26th birthday (possibility 1)
Day 519 (December 20, 2004): Luke's (game) 26th birthday (possibility 2)
Day 833 (October 30, 2005): Clementine's 11th birthday
Day 870 (December 6, 2005): Clementine and Christa are seperated by bandits/Clementine falls in a running river
Day 871 (December 7, 2005): Clementine awakes at the shore/she meets Sam (dog), Sam bites Clementine/Sam's death/Clementine passes out in the woods/she meets the cabin group after being saved by Pete and Luke (game)/the cabin group locks her in the shed because of her bite/Clem steals supplies and stitches up her own arm/Clem kills a walker that made it's way into the shed
Day 872 (December 8, 2005): Clem heads out with Pete and Nick/they find dozens of bodies at the riverside/Roman is found with a headshot wound/Pete is bit/Clem escapes with Nick or Pete/Pete's death/Clem returns to the cabin/Carver comes to the cabin after everyone except Clementine and Sarah headed out/the cabin group leaves the cabin and picks up Nick (if Nick was saved) or finds Pete's body (if Pete was saved)

Day 884 or Day 886 (December 20, 2005 or December 22, 2005): Arvo (game), Mike and Bonnie (determinant) try to steal all supplies and the truck because they want to get away from Kenny/Arvo (game) shoots Clementine in the shoulder/Clem dreams of Lee/Kenny and Jane save her and take the truck, leaving Arvo (game), Mike and Bonnie (determinant) behind/cars block the road and Kenny searches for diesel/Kenny is heard shooting and Jane urges Clem to drive away/they have a car crash immideatly after, and Jane takes off with AJ/Clem is alone in a blizzard and realizes the walkers cannot move because it's too cold/Clem reaches the rest area and reunites with Kenny/Kenny and Jane get into a fight after the latter arrived without AJ, strongly indicating that he died, and Kenny ulitmately is about to kill her/Clementine:
1 kills Kenny and stays with Jane.
2 kills Kenny and leaves Jane.
3 lets Kenny kill Jane and stays with Kenny.
4 lets Kenny kill Jane and leaves Kenny.
5 lets Kenny kill Jane and kills Kenny.
No matter what she chooses, AJ is found alive after she made her decisions who dies.
Day 893 or 895 (December 29, 2005 or December 31, 2005): All Endings for Season 2 (see 'Day 884 or Day 886' on how to get them):
1a: Clem and Jane are at Howe's, a family wants in, they let them in.
1b: Clem and Jane are at Howe's, a family wants in, they refuse them entry
2, 4 and 5: Clem is alone with AJ and walks through a herd
3a: Clem and Kenny reach Wellington, but there is only space for the two children. Clem stays at Wellington.
3b: Clem and Kenny reach Wellington, but there's only space for the two children. Clem leaves with Kenny.
No matter what you choose, Clem and AJ are alive in every one of the total 7 endings for Season 2.

A canon is something that is confirmed by the author himself. Example: It is canon that Lee dies. It is canon that Clem and AJ are always alive at the end of Season 2.
But there are, of course, things that the original author didn't mention. Fans often use this and invent new plot strings, which still are canon to the main story. Those 'half' canons are called 'headcanons'. They are not confirmed by the original author (otherwise they'd immediatley be canon), but neither denied.
For example: It were 10 days after the events of 102 that 103 sets in. This is not confirmed in the plot or only mentioned on a side note, but it makes sense.
Or that Rick wakes up on Day 110. It just seemed fitting to me. I still stayed strictly to the canon, as it's never mentioned when Rick wakes up, only that it's been more than a week (they speak of 'weeks').

I'm sorry but I think you are a bit off with the timeline.
When you compare the timeline of season 1, 400 days and season 2 you can sort of see how many days.
1 day in.: Lee getting lift by police officer.
2 days in: Hershel's farm, drugstore and going to motel, Vince.
132 days in(roughly): Episode 2 starts.
139 days in(roughly): Episode 3 starts.
NOW what is important is that Season 2 episode 1 starts six months roughly after the end of season 1 this is due to the size of Christa.
So it would then be roughly: 280 days in.
Then we have a timeskip of 16 months. 280 +486= 740 days.
740 days is roughly when Clem and Christa get split up. And since there are no major timeskips after that. It's about 755 days as end of season 2.

However, I believe I was mostly right.
First off, I think it was already more than a day when Lee's car crashes. It's just a hunch. But what also supports that Hershel's farm is later is that the radio stations already stopped transmitting, and that Hershel says himself he really started to get worried about Shawn.
Also, there is a night between the farm and the drug store, it's when Lee dreams of his wife screaming.
Episode 2 is '3 months' after Episode 1, it is confirmed by a caption in the very beginning. I thought 90 days were more fitting than 86 or something.
Now, on to the next point, it gets really mushy in the game. They never state when the beginning of 103 takes place, but it's heavily assumed 1-2 weeks after 102.
The main reason I took 10 days is because Carley/Doug then die exactly 100 days after their first choice. Bittersweet in a way.
Now, I must disagree with Christa only being pregnant for another 6 months. You didn't see anything of the baby in 105, so it must have been 7-9 months later. I assumed Christa got pregnant roughly one month before meeting Lee's group. In 201, she looks like she'd give birth any minute now, for me that means it was about 8 months after 105.
Then there are 16 months. I think I varied the 280 days a little, like I did with the timeskip between 101 and 102.

Okay so let's say Clementine survives to Day 893. That is around I believe 2.4 years. (So let's just say two years and four months).
July in two years, plus an added four months would make it November.
The final days of The Walking Dead Season Two takes place in November.
