Reminds Me of Luke..

  • I never heard that song before. At first glance I thought this was going to be a Pewdiepie Luke lookalike thread.

  • Lol, nice.

Some of the lyrics in this song remind me of the entire journey to Wellington.

I saw you in my fever dreams

    Mighty walls of shining grace

From a different world it seems

A golden glimmer on my face

Across the lands, across the sea

I've traveled far I will succeed

And now I am passing through your gate

Within these walls there lies my fate

  • Really? Ride the Lightning is probably Metallica's most popular album, next to Master of Puppets.

  • I like PewDiePie, but i'd never post him on here. No reason for it.

  • I never said I never heard of Metallica, just never listened to the full ride the lighting album.

  • No, it's definitely their Self-Titled album that's their most popular.

Ride is probably their best, but my favorite is Justice or Black album.

  • Been listening to this one all day..

  • You're definitely right; I'll agree that the Black Album is probably their most popular in terms of casual or radio listeners. And Justice For All is my favorite of theirs, followed by Kill 'em All.

  • This isn't Metallica, but this has been stuck in my head today:

Black album has the most catchiest ones, but their best ones are on the the first four albums. IMO- Least to Greatest.

    1. Re-Load

    2. St. Anger

    3. Load

    4. S&M

    5. Death Magnetic

    6. Kill em All

    7. Master of Puppets

    8. Black Album

    9. ... And Justice For All

    10. Ride the Lightning

  • They're a pretty good band, especially their first four albums. After that their albums got pretty iffy, though there are some great songs spread throughout.

  • Yeah, they're my favorite band. There are songs i don't like (Ronnie, Attitude, Cure, Purify, etc.) Death Magnetic was pretty good and i have high hopes for their next record in 2015. Their new song, Lords of Summer, was good.

  • St. Anger had two songs i liked a lot, Shoot Me Again, and Frantic. The rest were.. a bit below decent.

I didn't like Re-Load that much, i felt like they could've put some of those songs on a separate disc for Load. Some is the key word. Fuel, Memory Remains, Devil's Dance, Unforgiven 2, best on album IMO.

Load was okay. Until It Sleeps, King Nothing, Hero of the Day, my favorites.

S&M perfected Outlaw Torn. And it was cool.

Death Magnetic was like the old albums, just sounded a bit aged and the guitars sounded different. Broken Beat and Scarred, All Nightmare Long, Cyanide, Suicide and Redemption, Judas Kiss. My Favorites.

Black Album has some of my favorites ever. The God That Failed and Don't Tread On Me, favorites on the album.

Master of Puppets was an amazing album. I just wish songs like Leper Messiah and The Thing That Should Not Be got more more viral. Disposable Heroes, Leper Messiah, Damage Inc. Favorites on album.

Ride the Lightning. This album is... Favorites- Every song.

Kill 'em all. Started it all, good album. Favorites- Jump in the Fire, No Remorse, Whiplash.

Justice. Woah. Favorites- Eye of the Beholder, Dyers Eve, Frayed Ends of Sanity, To Live Is To Die.

    * St. Anger * Reload * Load * S&M * Death Magnetic * Black Album * Master of Puppets * Ride the Lightning * Kill 'em All * ... And Justice For All

  • My two favorites on St. Anger were Some Kind of Monster and St. Anger.

Reload - Fuel, Memory Remains, Unforgiven 2.

Load - Until it Sleeps, King Nothing, Hero of the Day.

    S&M - No Leaf Clover.

Death Magnetic - All Nightmare Long, Judas Kiss, Unforgiven III, Suicide and Redemption.

Black Album - Through the Never, Don't Tread On Me.

Master of Puppets - Disposable Heroes, Orion, Damage Inc.

Ride the Lightning - Call of Ktulu, Fight Fire With Fire.

Kill 'em All - No Remorse, Jump in the Fire, Metal Militia.

... And Justice For All - ... And Justice For All, Eye of the Beholder, To Live is to Die.

  • I did. I thought the sound was pretty good, but that the lyrics were pretty cheesy.
