One quick question (mostly to people who ended up with Jane) - What if Bonnie, Mike and Arvo will go back to Howe's anytime soon?
First, they thought Clem, Jane and Kenny are gonna reach Welington or die in the snow, trying to find it no matter what. Second, they were working at this place, meaning they know things (Bonnie took the rum from the armory), not mention food and ammo they need to goddamn survive.
Just a theory.

They wouldn't know what it's like there. I think they would be too unsure to go. Is it still going as a community with a new leader? if so they're risking being kidnapped again. Has a new group taken it? or has the thousands of walkers going there made it their new home?
Well, I don't want to go to work every day and this doesn't change a damn thing.
They're probably headed to Texas or maybe Mexico.

They were overran most of them died and a couple probably managed to escape after seeing there was nothing left.

I think you got a fairly good point.
They didn't get the truck and since they are most likely heading south anyway they are probably going to stop by Howes, or at least check it out. I bet we all will end up at Howes anyway because we all know Wellington is going to go down the shitter.
Another question: how many survivors escaped? We know that Tavia and the other guards on the roof were likely devoured completely or reanimated, but that doesn't rule out any unseen survivors or the 400 Days cast.
On another note, it kinda bothers me that none of the zombies bothered to eat faceless Carver. They let the flies do that.
Mybe they didn't escape, just locked themselves up somewhere? Like Mark in 102, when the group discovered him hiding out in the base alone.
DLC?
They were well armed and the place was heavily fortified, it would take some time to be completely overrun by the Horde. I think it's quite possible at least some of them managed to escape.
